We meticulously design and manufacture eclectic soft furnishings in-house to eliminate the disadvantages of outsourcing. Fewer overheads enable us to source the finest materials, including silk, wool, linen, and cashmere, that impress and stand the test of time.

With reduced production time and no logistic complications, we promise high-quality furnishings that are always on time. In-house design also enables our residential and commercial clients

to have control over the end product, which can be tailored to themselves or the target market.

PACKAGE PROCESS

CONSULTATION

Your assigned project manager suggests a furniture package in line with the goal for the property. Once agreed, we’ll request your floor plan so the design process can begin.

CONCEPT

Our team constructs a visual representation and provides space plans to give you an idea of how the furnishings, furniture and colour scheme work together in your property.

INSTALLATION

After a pre-installation visit, your furniture package is installed. Any add-on packs you choose are styled to a show-home standard. + photos are provided of the result!

SUGAR HOUSE ISLAND

After the success of the first collection of over 100 furnished show homes and rental units, we were appointed on the second phase of Vastint’s large professional rented sector scheme providing 1,200 homes.

The success of stage one of the extensive, multi-phase rollout was largely dependent on InStyle’s highly organised logistics, project management and covid-19 secure operations.

Made-to-measure window dressings protect your property while enhancing its overall appeal

Window dressings should work in partnership with a room, rather than fight against it.

We ensure window dressings are complementary to the overall scheme with in-house production.

This also gives us full cost control which benefits our clients.
