TodaytheskyisthelimitforMr.Desaiinaddingvalueto people’slives.Heaimstotrainandbuildacommunityof 10,000trainerswhoarecarryinghislegacyfurtherby addingvaluetothelivesofpeopleandmakingthisplaneta betterplacetoliveeverygrowingday

Givingvalueandsharinghisknowledgewashispassiontill theageof16,Untilhisfather’sfactorygotclosedandthey wentintoadebtof22Lakhrupees.Then,Mr.Desaiknew thatthetimehadcometoconverthispassionintoa

It’s been now 18 years professionally since I’ve been in this field. And more than 2.6 million people have aended me live in my seminars and workshops across India and seven countries of the world.

Whenhebeganhiscareerasatrainer,hisfamilywasfacing financialchallengesandwasindebt.Hewashopingto becomeaprofessionaltrainerwhentheInternetand YouTubewerenotsocommoninIndia.Peopledidnot believeinhimandhiscareerchoice.Buthewasfirm;he believedinhimself.Andthat’sallhowitstarted.Initially, withstrugglesandalackofresources,butslowlyand gradually,everythingworkedoutbecausehelistenedtohis innercallingratherthantootheroutsidevoices.

AnotherChallengingsituationdescribedwasthePandemic. Itwasaworldwidechallenge,butspecificallyforTraining Industry,theyborealossfortenmonths,astherewereno auditoriumsopen.Salarieswerepending,asno-showswere goingon.Sustainingthesituationwasgettingdifficult.
