hat does the Clínica Juaneda Muro mean for the municipalities of the north of the island? We have become the flagship hospital in this area and we open all year round. We have more than 50 beds, a 24-hour emergency service, home care, medical consultations in the main specialities and interventions using the latest technology. Patients are only sent to Palma in extremely serious cases. We have 30 doctors, around 50 collaborating specialists and in peak season, our workforce goes up to 150. Who can come to the hospital? Both the residents of the north of Mallorca and the thousands of tourists who visit us every season, as well as Mallorcans who change their place of residence every year in peak season and come to spend the summer holidays here. We accept all kinds of national, international and travel insurance. Do you have medical staff who speak different languages? We have a sizeable team of doctors and health care staff of different nationalities, as well as an excellent interpreting service to guarantee quality care for our international patients. ué supone la Clínica Juaneda Muro para los municipios del norte de la isla? Nos hemos convertido en el hospital de referencia de esta zona y abrimos todo el año. Disponemos de más de 50 camas, servicio de urgencias 24h, atención a domicilio, consultas médicas de las principales especialidades e intervenciones con la última tecnología. Solo en casos de máxima gravedad, los pacientes son enviados a Palma. Contamos con 30 facultativos, medio centenar de especialistas colaboradores y, en temporada alta, llegamos a los 150 trabajadores. ¿Quién puede acudir a ella? Tanto los residentes de la zona norte de Mallorca como los miles de turistas que nos visitan cada temporada, así como los mallorquines que cambian su residencia durante la temporada alta y deciden veranear aquí. Trabajamos con todo tipo de seguros nacionales, internacionales y de viaje. ¿Disponen de personal sanitario que hable idiomas? Contamos con un importante equipo de facultativos y personal sanitario de distintas nacionalidades, además de un excelente servicio de intérpretes que garantiza una atención de calidad a nuestros pacientes internacionales. elche Bedeutung hat die Klinik Juaneda Muro für die Gemeinden im Norden der Insel? Wir sind im Norden zu einem wichtigen Krankenhaus geworden. Unsere Klinik ist ganzjährig geöffnet und verfügt über mehr als 50 Betten, 24h Notaufnahme, einen HomeBetreuungsservice und die wichtigsten Facharztpraxen. Chirurgische Eingriffe nehmen wir mit modernster Technologie vor. Nur bei sehr schweren Fällen werden unsere Patienten nach Palma überwiesen. Bei uns arbeiten 30 Ärzte, wir kooperieren mit 50 Fachärzten. In der Hochsaison arbeiten bis zu 150 Angestellte in der Klinik. Welche Patienten können in die Klinik Juaneda kommen? Sowohl die Einwohner der Gemeinden im Norden Mallorcas als auch die tausenden Touristen, die uns jedes Jahr besuchen. Dazu kommen viele Einheimische, die im Sommer hier wohnen. Wir haben Verträge mit allen spanischen und internationalen sowie Reiseversicherungen. Spricht das Personal auch Fremdsprachen? Wir arbeiten mit Ärzten und Krankenschwestern aus mehreren Ländern und unterhalten darüber hinaus einen Übersetzerservice.
