Ho Ho Holy shit. We are in the last month already of 2021, the slightly beter year than 2020! Lets hope that corona finally gets bored of infecting humans in the year 2022 and will be gone. New year means new board so goodluck with them, the old board will be on vacation ;).

Activities
There is another lecture coming soon! On the 15th of December SMC will host a physical lecture that will be about pneumatics and everything involved in the pneumatic industry. During the lecture a lunch and drinks will be provided so that you can even follow this lecture during your lunchtime. These lectures are always very interesting and gives you a chance to talk to some real professionals in the engineering industry. We hope to see you there (it will start at 12:30).

Christmas Dinner
Since the exam week is slowly getting closer and closer again we are going to organise another sequence of study-eves. During these events you can study with other students and ask questions to tutors. If you study from 16:30 till 19:00 you will get a free pizza for your effort! There will also be drinks. So, do you want to be prepared for your exams? Come and join the study-eves! Event starts at 16:30. Christmas is a very holy event so I suppose we start praying for this event to be allowed by the government. The current lock-down will end before the 23rd so we are hoping that the event can go on, if not it will be continued on an other date of course. Lets hope that we can enjoy nice food and a lot of drinks soon at an fancy restaurant. Like last time a fancy dress code is obligated.

Update The 30th of November a new board was chosen!!! After a voting the new board will consist of the following 5 board members: Chairman -> Gijs van Asten Secretary -> Anouk van Hout Treasurer -> Stephanie Kusters Commissioner -> Jack Comyns Commissioner -> Niels Doensen Lets hope that these amazing people will make 2022 the best year of Innovum so far. As the current board we would like to wish them all the best and good luck with keeping the association up and running! Finally I would like to wish everybody happy holidays and new year. We will see you around in 2022 where there will be a lot of crazy and fun events!
