In Motion Theatre & Entertainment A note from In Motion Coordinating 6 writing teams, 6 directors, 24 actors and 12 crew members along with securing a venue and obtaining insurance, on top of developing challenges and rules, writing liability waivers, designing promotional graphics and orchestrating an event like “24” is no easy task. When we were approached by In Motion Theatre and asked if we would be willing to produce another ’24 Hour Theatre Challenge’ we were a little reluctant to accept. But, the demand from the general public and the enthusiasm that was generated by the simple question “Do you think we should do another one?” assured us that not doing ‘24’ again, would be a mistake. We have loved every stress-filled, caffeinated minute of producing this year’s production and we hope that each and everyone involved feels the same way. The last production was our first one, and we will admit that we made some mistakes. This year we tried to tighten up those mistakes, but we also are aware that new ones were made. But that, is the nature of theatre.

The Producers S. Luis Bocardo - Began acting at the age of 7 with Teatro Tenochtitlan, a
Spanish language theatre troupe run by his father J. Luis Bocardo. In 2008 he broadened his skills to include Stand-up Comedy, Writing, Directing and Producing for both stage and film. In 2013, along with Hugo Martinez, their first attempt at producing “The 24 Hour Theatre Challenge” was met with positive response. Most recently he was seen on stage at That's Showbiz! in their production of "The Masked Canary" where he got to share the stage with his sweetheart for a second time. - “Thanks for waiting.”
Hugo Martinez - Hugo received a BA in cinematography, and film studies
from The LA Film School, where he honed his craft. He is also an alumni of The Actor’s Studio, and Technical Theatre Program at Delta College, as well as the Cal-Arts Acting Program in Valencia, CA. He has worked with several theatrical and film companies all over California such as SCT, Kiley’s Dinner Theatre, Stage 3 Theatre Company, The ABC TV Network, Warner Brother's Studios, A&E TV Network, and The History Channel.
Cami Ferry - Cami has been working in Theatre for most of her life. She
trained and worked as a classical actress, singer,& dancer in London, England and has performed in many local productions during the past 20+ years. She wishes to express her deep gratitude to her wonderful cast, crew and to all who have played a part in making In Motion Theatre a reality...and that includes YOU our wonderful audience!!
Jim T. Chong - Is An Executive Speaker, writer, published author, and a Fi-
nancial Solutions Professional that has trained hundreds of individuals in personal finance and financial strategies. He is on the executive team of various chambers, multicultural groups, foundations, and non-profit organizations. Jim believes in creating "win for all" scenarios. He is the host of "Cha Ching with Chong: The Quest for the Cash Cow" and is currently working on establishing an entity that will support business owners as well as cause-based professionals and organizations. He is also the founder of Wok Star Production.
Mission Statement We are dedicated to providing cause-based organizations and individuals the opportunity for fundraising through entertainment events such as live theatre, dinner theatre, comedy/improv, dance showcases & workshops. In Motion is proud to be the only theatrical company in the San Joaquin Valley to donate a percentage of the profits from every event, production and performance to a collaborating organization which supports a worthwhile cause. We are also dedicated to creating win/win scenarios for small to medium sized local businesses through vending and advertising opportunities at our events. In short, In Motion Theatre Company brings people together to enjoy live entertainment while giving back to the community and supporting local commerce.
Patient-driven agency that serves a significant population of people who have had strokes, brain injuries and brain attacks. To prevent strokes, Healings in Motion also includes educational support to focus on the symptoms that trigger strokes. Provides socially-conscious programs that increase self esteem, promote self-advocacy and supports recovery and prevention. Supported by socially-sensitive and positive focused businesses interested in helping those with a life-changing illness or disease. The programs offered are established to address gaps within areas of health care. Programs present opportunities for those with special needs to become engaged and occupied while healing.
