WHO SHE IS: A wife, mother, advocate and socialite who is finishing an album and a book, running a foundation, establishing her project management firm, and looking to launch into her new brand in 2015. As the lyrics to a popular song say, "it's HER time!" HOW TO ADAPT TO CHANGE: Motivated by two drivers in her life - her family and her passions! Because of her past, Santana works passionately to help other survivors of domestic violence through her foundation Survive2Thrive and is a member of many civic groups dedicated to the cause of needing violence in all its forms. She has been an advocate and supporter of Safeplace Austin, The National Council on Domestic Violence, Hope Alliance, and many more for over a decade. PHILANTHROPIC SPIRIT:
Santana understands the fine
line a person can walk between being fortunate enough to serve others and being the person needing services. Because she is deeply compassionate and empathic, giving back is not only necessary, it is part of who she is as a person. She realizes each person's life is filled with experiences that define who they are and what they will contribute to the world, good or bad. Her journey continues to evolve and change, but life gets better the more she moves forward. She never forgets where she came from. WHAT TO EXPECT:
Santana has huge future plans ahead
and each milestone will be a definite cause for celebration. Ahead is the release of her first solo CD, the release of her book, and new musical horizons including headlining in national tours and festivals in support of her ever expanding musical career.
