The Simmons Leadership Conference (SLC) is the longest-running and most-respected leadership conference in the world, with over 125k attendees in its 46-year history.

We bring together an international group of more than 7,500 professional women and allies who want to better themselves, their workplaces, and the world. Participants experience a highimpact day of learning, wisdom, and inspiration.

The Simmons Leadership Conference is the largest one-day fundraiser for Simmons University. Proceeds support both student scholarships and strategic initiatives focused on helping the next generation of leaders thrive.
