YOU BELONG HERE

INSPIRING TOMORROW’S LEADERS. TODAY. YOU BELONG HERE

Welcome to the 2O25 Simmons Leadership Conference, one of the longest-running and most respected leadership conferences in the world. This event brings together an international community of women and allies who are committed to leading change, thriving in their professional journeys, and shaping a more inclusive and equitable world.

Simmons University was founded on a revolutionary idea — that women should be able to earn independent livelihoods and lead meaningful lives. Nearly half a century ago, a visionary group of our alumni set out to create a conference that would showcase highly successful women who, by sharing their stories, inspire each of us to embrace our leadership potential and drive transformative change.

Today, 46 years later, the conference is brought to you by the Simmons University Institute for Inclusive Leadership. The Institute builds on the University’s rich heritage of igniting positive action, and fostering everyday leadership. Our vision is simple: enabling workplaces where everyone can thrive. We pursue this vision by offering leaders groundbreaking inclusive learning tools, resources, and programs designed to cultivate bold, effective changemakers.

This year’s conference brings a diverse range of exceptional leaders to the stage, each sharing their own powerful journey of embracing change, overcoming challenges, and thriving in their careers. Our 2025 theme – Leading Change – will anchor our conversations and inspire you to reflect on the ways you drive impact and navigate your own professional growth.

At the heart of today’s conversation is a shared belief: when women thrive, we all thrive. When organizations foster environments where everyone can contribute and succeed, innovation and performance naturally follow. Our purpose today is to explore how we lead through change with courage, compassion, and a steadfast commitment to building workplaces where everyone can do their best work and reach their full potential.

We are grateful for the extraordinary sponsors whose support makes this high-quality programming possible. Their commitment fuels our shared mission of empowering women leaders and creating a more equitable future.

We hope today provides a space for inspiration, connection, and creative energy — essential ingredients for thriving in your professional journey and leading impactful change. Together, we have the power to construct new leadership paths that are broader and mightier, empowering women and girls to pursue their boundless potential with unwavering confidence.

We are thrilled to have you with us and look forward to supporting you every step of the way. Thank you for joining us, and enjoy the day!
