Hello… from a world where anything is possible. Some days may feel confusing or tiring, but don’t worry Take a small break, breathe deeply, and remember that you are doing your best every effort you make is valuable In Wonderland, we believe that your little smile can turn an ordinary day into something special Don’t forget to notice the small things around you: flowers, beautiful colors, warm sunlight, or even your own laughter You don’t need to be perfect; just being yourself is enough

"Gone to Neverland, but the heart can still return"
Sometimes life is like the fairy tales we read as children We used to have dreams, ran around in the fields, and imagined ourselves as clever, powerful, able to fly like Peter Pan. But as we grew up, reality gradually piled up until our dreams seemed to disappear
Our hearts feel like they’ve been carried away somewhere in “Neverland” a place where everything stands still not growing, not moving forward, yet not returning home If right now you feel like you’re there, exhausted, burned out, and unsure how to move forward, it’s completely normal to feel this way.
“Stopping doesn’t mean you’re broken”
Sometimes the heart just needs time to heal, like a bird resting its wings before flying again, or a tree pausing to grow leaves before blooming again. Try slowly doing small, tangible things: Take deep breaths for just five minutes a day Turn off phone notifications for an hour Write down 'how I feel right now,' Or simply allow yourself “to do nothing at all”
And don’t forget… “You are not alone in Neverland” Even if it’s unseen, there are people who want to be by your side, wish for you to regain strength, and smile again Just reach out, and you might find a friend reaching back
Because Neverland is not a home, but merely a temporary sanctuary for the heart. You have the right to return when you are ready, and when that day comes, you will be able to fly again It may not be the same as before, but it might be more beautiful than it ever was

AliceinWonderland
Once upon a time… there was a girl named Alice who happened to follow a white rabbit down a hole and fell into a strange world called Wonderland A world full of quirky characters, from the Mad Hatter who is obsessed with tea parties, to the Cheshire Cat who grins mysteriously, the Caterpillar who likes to ask deep questions, and even the Queen of Hearts who keeps shouting loudly.
Although it may seem like a nonsensical world, Wonderland actually mirrors our own hearts Sometimes confused, sometimes laughing, sometimes pressured, and sometimes finding someone who helps us discover the answers within ourselves
In the real world, we often face storms that leave us tired, exhausted, or even burned out. But if we look through the eyes of Alice and her friends in Wonderland, we may realize that each character is not just peculiar but also hides a "healing lesson" for the heart
So if you could choose… who from Wonderland would you want to help heal your heart today?

MadHatter
Heal your heart with friends in Wonderland
The Mad Hatter often appears at absurd and chaotic tea parties, but what he teaches us is “taking a break is not wrong” Sometimes a heart that's burning out doesn't need a grand solution; just pausing work for a moment, having a cup of tea, or laughing with friends is already healing the heart
The caterpillar that asked Alice, “Who are you?” is a simple question, yet it is profound. When we are confused, tired, or feel truly lost, sometimes stopping to ask ourselves, “Which way do I want to go?” or “What is making me so exhausted?” can be the beginning of finding the real answers
Thecaterpillar
Cheshire Cat is famous for its floating smile that remains even when its body disappears. It teaches us that we don't need to know all the answers immediately. Even if the path of life is still unclear, smiling at the little things around us can make the journey less frightening.
CheshireCat
The queen of hearts shouts orders for everything to go her way. Many times we are like that setting overly high standards for ourselves. But burnout teaches us that being kind to ourselves is also important. Taking breaks, being imperfect sometimes, does not make you any less valuable.

What is burn out in the Wonderland way?
A Symbol of Time and Pressure
Burnout is like when Alice falls down the rabbit hole. At first, you think it's just work, studying, or living a normal life, but suddenly you drop into an unfamiliar world a world where everything feels "too much" and you don't know which way to go.
MAD HATTER - Burnout makes us feel like we're stuck at a chaotic tea party. Everything repeats in cycles, schedules are stressful, and tasks must be done repeatedly with no end in sight, until we start questioning, "Am I really okay?"
QUEEN OF HEARTS - Shouting "Off with their heads!" Burnout makes our minds pressure ourselves like a hot-tempered queen. Everything has to be completed, perfect, and immediate, making our hearts fearful and feeling like there is no way out
Caterpillar - “Who are you?” is the question that Burnout often makes us ask ourselves. Are we tired because we are following our own dreams, or because we are following someone else's expectations? This is the point where we realize that we have strayed from what we truly want to do
Cheshire Cat - with its floating smile, Burnout feels like standing in the middle of many choices. You’re too tired to keep going, yet afraid to rest, until in the end all that’s left is a “forced smile” like the Cheshire Cat’s, smiling even though your heart can’t take it anymore
Card from the white queen Burnout is a condition where the body and mind are excessively exhausted from working, studying, or living without rest, as if trapped in a chaotic, confusing wonderland with no clear way out. But the truth is... we have the right to 'put down the teacup' and 'walk away' whenever we want.
"In Wonderland, everything seems strange… but within the strangeness, we might find the answer our heart wants to tell."

Tips to Rejuvenate Your Spirit When Experiencing Burnout
Falling into the rabbit hole (really take a break)
Like Alice falling into the rabbit hole, we also need to let ourselves “disappear” sometimes.
Take a break from your phone, turn off notifications, pretend to vanish from the online world for a while, and try to find peace without rushing to keep up with anyone
Have tea with the Mad Hatter (take some time for nonsense)
Burnout makes us serious about everything, but sometimes what our heart truly needs is “meaningful nonsense”
Whether it’s watching funny memes, scrolling TikTok without purpose, or laughing with friends until your stomach hurts it’s a form of rest for the heart
Play cards with the Queen of Hearts (set new boundaries)
The hot-tempered queen still has her “rules” Similarly, we should set boundaries with work, studies, or relationships. Daring to say “enough” or “take a break” is a way of protecting your own heart
Talk to the Caterpillar (check in with yourself)
The caterpillar in Wonderland asked Alice, “Who are you?” Sometimes asking yourself “Why am I tired?” allows us to start seeing the answers hidden in our hearts. You can write them in a journal or speak to yourself in the mirror.
Smile like the Cheshire cat (find little joys)
You don't have to wait for something big to be happy. Smile at the neighbor's cat, eat your favorite snack, take a walk and feel the wind on your face. These are small things, but they keep your heart from being completely consumed by burnout.

"Burnout doesn't mean you've lost. It simply signals that you should find a friend in Wonderland to sit and talk with."
Caterpillar
He will ask simple questions like, “Who are you?” to make you reflect on why you feel tired and what you truly want to do.
Mad Hatter
He will invite you to a crazy, funny tea party because sometimes what you need is “nonsense” to give your heart a break.
Cheshire Cat
He will smile mischievously and say, "You don't have to rush to make decisions about everything. Any path is fine, as long as your heart feels at ease."
Queen of Hearts
(in a softer version)
She would remind you, “Setting rules for yourself is good, but you also have the right to rest. Don’t be too strict”
burnout
1. Listen more than giving advice. Sometimes friends don’t want suggestions; they just want someone to listen without judgment Try saying, “Do you want to tell me about it?” or “I’m here for you.”
2. Be present. Sometimes just sitting together quietly, playing on your phone, or having a meal together helps them feel they are not alone Simply having your presence nearby can be a source of comfort
3. Offer small acts of help. They don’t have to be grand gestures—just small tasks or inviting them to do something light, like going for a walk, having a snack, or watching a series together These little things are a way of “breathing life into their heart”
4. Send encouraging messages. A short text can mean a lot, such as “Thinking of you, don’t forget to rest” or “If you’re tired today, I hope something good happens to you.”
5. Respect their need for rest. If a friend says they want to be alone, honor that space, but also let them know, “I’m always here if you want to talk.”
6. Encourage seeking help. If you notice severe symptoms (insomnia, extreme stress, frequent crying), suggest they talk to a professional or psychologist. Sometimes we can help with our hearts, but professional support is needed
