One special charity that has been in Heather’s heart for the past sixteen years is Personal Ponies of Florida, a nonprofit charity, dedicated to brightening the lives of special needs children and adults with pony visits to nursing homes, veteran hospitals, schools, and adult learningcenters.
Raised on a bustling farm, Heather’s days were filled with the bleats and neighs of sheep and horses, fostering her profound connection to animals. Now, her home life includes Sadie the Cockapoo and a cat named Blue, echoingherchildhood’smenagerie.

CW was established in response to the alarming vulnerability of childreninPhuketfacingexploitationascheaplabor,sexworkers, or beggars due to poverty and societal neglect. The charity collaborateswithauthoritiestoprotectandsupportabusedand marginalized children, including those lacking legal status and access to education and healthcare. With a focus on providing essential care, Child Watch confronts systemic challenges, advocating for justice and safeguarding children's rights in the faceofinadequatelegalprotectionandresources.
Place of Hope is the largest and most diverse state-licensed children and families organization in South Florida. It provides programs and services to more than 10,000 people annually, with the aim of ending the cycles of abuse, neglect, poverty, homelessness, and human trafficking.
Although primarily known as a child welfare organization dedicated to preventing abuse, Place of Hope also provides a loving and homelike foster environment for sibling groups who are unabletostaytogether.
The IMI Foundation has awarded a multiyear grant to this non-profit organization forthreeyears
The grant will be used to fund Place of Hope's programs and gala events to help them continue to serve the abused and neglected children and youth of South Florida
