Founded in 1969, the Achievement Centers for Children & Families (ACCF) began as a pilot program in response to the overwhelming need for affordable, quality childcare for workingmothers.Asasmallnonprofitorganization,itsmission began in donated church schoolrooms with a handful of teachersandchildren
Today, ACCF serves over 760 students across three sites, their families, and community members An IMF grant will help expand ACCF’s programs, which promote healthy child development by boosting school readiness, addressing food insecurity, preventing summer learning loss, and providing a safe,supportivespaceoutsideofschoolhours.

The small library and music room that IMF helped fund as part of the Light Steel School Project in Hatay is now in active use by students! The space has become a daily part of school life offering children a quiet place to read, learn, and feel groundedaftermonthsofdisruption.

In Colombia, the IMF awarded a two-year grant to the SANAR Foundation to help expand its support for children and adolescents with cancer. SANAR provides not only access to treatment, but also critical psychological, emotional,andsocialsupportforyoungpatientsandtheir families In Bogotá, 210 families are currently receiving assistance, but more than 500 children in treatment still need help This grant will contribute to SANAR’s ongoing efforts to reach more homes, offer hope, and improve qualityoflifeduringadifficulttime

Withthesupportofatwo-yeargrant the Construyendo Futuro con Amo was able to relocate to a larger, mo facility. The new space—well-lit, bet and located in a safer neighborhoo will allow the organization to expan for people with disabilities and be more elderly residents in the comm decadeatitspreviouslocation,thism major step forward in the foundatio growitsimpact.
To celebrate this important milesto inauguration event was held on Jul together staff, beneficiaries and members. The occasion served showcasethenewfacility,butalsot foundation’s ongoing commitment dignity,andopportunityforall.
