Being a parent/carer of one or more children can be plenty of fun, but at Emes can be a daunEng juggling task. When combined with work or other issues (stress, lack of sleep, marital conflicts, caring for your own parents, financial issues etc) it can become overwhelming. The good news is, there is support around, you can reach out and it may just be what you need to keep smiling.

This page has informaEon about child, family and parent services and support organisaEons in Western Australia.

Beyond Blue’s website is all about giving healthy families the informaEon, knowledge and confidence to support the young people in your life – whether you’re a parent, guardian, grandparent, a favourite uncle or an awesome aunEe.

Remember to check if you can benefit from free support from an Employee Assistance Program.
