ÝËÅÊÒÐÎÑÂÀÐÍÛÅ ÑÎÅÄÈÍÅÍÈß Electrofusion Fittings
HMTNPL@pH` N JNLO@MHH ÎÎÎ «Ïëàñò-Ôàñîí» ñîçäàíî 30 íîÿáðÿ â 2007 ãîäó è ïåðâûì â Óêðàèíå çàïóñòèëî ñåðèéíîå ïðîèçâîäñòâî òåðìîðåçèñòîðíèõ ôèòèíãîâ äëÿ ñâàðêè ãàçî- è âîäîïðîâîäîâ. ÎÎÎ «Ïëàñò-Ôàñîí» îáúåäèíèëî êâàëèôèöèðîâàííûõ ñïåöèàëèñòîâ, êîòîðûå ñ ýíòóçèàçìîì âçÿëèñü çà äåëî. Îíî îêàçàëîñü íå èç ëåãêèõ, âåäü âñå ïðèøëîñü äåëàòü «ñ ÷èñòîãî ëèñòà». Ïðåæäå âñåãî, ñîáñòâåííûìè ñèëàìè ðàçðàáîòàëè, ñîãëàñîâàëè è óòâåðäèëè â óñòàíîâëåííîì ïîðÿäêå ñîîòâåòñòâóþùèå òåõíè÷åñêèå óñëîâèÿ. Êñòàòè, ïðè îòñóòñòâèè â Óêðàèíå ãîñóäàðñòâåííîãî ñòàíäàðòà íà äàííûé âèä ïðîäóêöèè íàøè ÒÓ Â Â.2.7-25.2-34623807-001:2007 «Äåòàëè ñîåäèíèòåëüíûå äëÿ òåðìîðåçèñòîðíîé ñâàðêè ïðè ñòðîèòåëüñòâå ñåòåé ãàçîñíàáæåíèÿ è âîäîñíàáæåíèÿ» íà çàñåäàíèè Ãîññòðîÿ ñîãëàñîâàíû êàê ðåãëàìåíòíûå. È â 2009 ãîäó, íå áåç èñïîëüçîâàíèÿ íàøèõ ðàçðàáîòîê, áûëè ïðèíÿòû ÄÑÒÓ Á Â.2.7179:2009 «Ñòðîèòåëüíûå ìàòåðèàëû. Äåòàëè ñîåäèíèòåëüíûå äëÿ ãàçîïðîâîäîâ èç ïîëèåòèëåíîâûõ òðóá. Òåõíè÷åñêèå óñëîâèÿ» è ÄÑÒÓ Á Â.2.7-178:2009 «Ñòðîèòåëüíûå ìàòåðèàëû. Äåòàëè ñîåäèíèòåëüíûå äëÿ âîäîïðîâîäîâ èç ïîëèýòèëåíîâèõ òðóá. Òåõíè÷åñêèå óñëîâèÿ». Öåõ äëÿ ïðîèçâîäñòâà òåðìîðåçèñòîðíèõ ñîåäèíèòåëüíûõ äåòàëåé îñíàùåí îáîðóäîâàíèåì ìèðîâûõ ïðîèçâîäåòåëåé: Arburg, Battenfeld (Ãåðìàíèÿ), Billion (Ôðàíöèÿ). Íà ñåãîäíÿ ýòî 16 òåðìîïëàñòàâòîìàòîâ, êîëè÷åñòâî êîòîðûõ ïëàíèðóåòñÿ óâåëè÷èâàòü. Ñêîðåå âñåãî, «êîìïàíèþ» äåéñòâóþùåãî îáîðóäîâàíèÿ ïîïîëíÿò ìàøèíû íåìåöêîé ôèðìû Battenfeld.  ïðîèçâîäñòâå ïðèìåíÿåòñÿ òîëüêî êà÷åñòâåííîå ñûðüå è êîìïîíåíòû: ïîëèýòèëåí ñ óëó÷øåííûìè õàðàêòåðèñòèêàìè òèïà ÏÝ 100, à äëÿ òåðìîðåçèñòîðíèõ ñïèðàëåé – ñïåöèàëüíàÿ ïðîâîëîêà (ñïëàâ ìåäè, õðîìà è íèêåëÿ) åâðîïåéñêèõ ïðîèçâîäèòåëåé. Èçãîòîâëåíèå è ðåìîíò ïðåññ-ôîðì èçäåëèé ïðîâîäèòñÿ ñîáñòâåííûìè ñèëàìè ïðåäïðèÿòèÿ íà îòäåëüíîì êîíñòðóêòîðñêî-èíñòðóìåíòàëüíîì ó÷àñòêå. ×òî, ñîáñòâåííî, ïðåäñòàâëÿþò ñîáîé òåðìîðåçèñòîðíûå ñîåäèíèòåëüíûå äåòàëè îò ÎÎÎ «ÏëàñòÔàñîí»? Êîíå÷íî, ïðè èõ ñîçäàíèè íàøè êîíñòðóêòîðû ó÷ëè îïûò ëó÷øèõ åâðîïåéñêèõ ôèðì, îäíàêî â ïðîèçâîäñòâå âíåäðåíû è âïîëíå ñàìîñòîÿòåëüíûå ðàçðàáîòêè. Òåðìîðåçèñòîðíûå ôèòèíãè «ÏëàñòÔàñîí» - ýòî óíèâåðñàëüíûå èçäåëèÿ, êîòîðûå ïîëíîñòüþ (áåç ëþáûõ îãðàíè÷åíèé) àäàïòèðîâàíû ê ðàáîòå ñ ñâàðî÷íûì îáîðóäîâàíèåì èìïîðòíîãî ïðîèçâîäñòâà. Ïî ðàñïîëîæåíèþ (ãëóáèíå çàïðåññîâàíèÿ) íàãðåâàòåëüíîé ñïèðàëè îíè òàêæå ïðèíàäëåæàò ê íàèáîëåå ìíîãî÷èñëåííîé è ðàñïðîñòðàíåííîé ãðóïïå èçäåëèé, ãäå ïðèìåíåí êîìïðîìèññíûé ïðèíöèï «çîëîòîé ñåðåäèíû» (êàê èçâåñòíî, äâà äðóãèõ, ïîëÿðíûõ ìåæäó ñîáîé, ïîäõîäà â ýòîì âîïðîñå ïðåäñòàâëÿþò íåìåöêàÿ ôèðìà Friatec (íåèçîëèðîâàííûå òåðìîðåçèñòîðû íàõîäÿòñÿ íà ïîâåðõíîñòè) è øâåéöàðñêèé êîíöåðí Georg Fisher (ñâåðõ ãëóáîêîå ðàñïîëîæåíèå ñïèðàëè)). Îòíîñèòåëüíî îñîáåííîñòåé íàøèõ ôèòèíãîâ, òî çäåñü, â ïåðâóþ î÷åðåäü, ñòîèò îáðàòèòü âíèìàíèå íà òîëùèíó èõ ñòåíîê. Ìû ñîçíàòåëüíî ïîøëè íà ïåðåðàñõîä ìàòåðèàëà è ïðåäëàãàåì êëèåíòàì ïðîäóêöèþ ñ ó÷åòîì áëèçêîé ïåðñïåêòèâû ïðèíÿòèÿ íîâîãî ÄÑÒÓ, êîòîðûé áóäåò ïðåäóñìàòðèâàòü ïðèìåíåíèå ãàçîâûõ ÏÝ òðóá ñ SDR 9. Ñëåäîâàòåëüíî, óæå ñåé÷àñ íàøè êëèåíòû ïîëó÷àþò ïðîäóêöèþ ñ ïîâûøåííûì çàïàñîì ïðî÷íîñòè. Áåçóñëîâíî, ìû îñîçíàåì, ÷òî â óñëîâèÿõ îñòðîé êîíêóðåíöèè ëþáûå íàðóøåíèÿ íîðìàòèâíûõ òðåáîâàíèé ê îòìå÷åííîé ïðîäóêöèè ìîãóò èìåòü íå òîëüêî òåõíè÷åñêèå, íî è ôèíàíñîâî-êîììåð÷åñêèå, ñîöèàëüíûå è ïðàâîâûå ïîñëåäñòâèÿ. Âîò ïî÷åìó òåìà êà÷åñòâà îò íà÷àëà ÿâëÿåòñÿ ñêâîçíîé â äåÿòåëüíîñòè ÎÎÎ «Ïëàñò-Ôàñîí».  2011 íîìåíêëàòóðíàÿ ãðóïïà áûëà ïîïîëíåíà åùå 34-ìà íîâûìè ïîçèöèÿìè.  íàñòîÿùåå âðåìÿ ìû ïðîèçâîäèì èçäåëèÿ ñ íàãðåâàòåëüíûìè ýëåìåíòàìè â äèàïàçîíå îò 25 äî 900 ìì. Êðîìå òîãî, â 2011ã. áûëî ïîëó÷åíî ðàçðåøåíèå íà ïðèìåíåíèå íàøèõ ôèòèíãîâ ïðè ñòðîèòåëüñòâå ãàçî- è âîäîïðîâîäîâ â Ðåñïóáëèêå Áåëàðóñü è Ðîññèè. Ñåãîäíÿ OOO «Ïëàñò-Ôàñîí» ïðåäñòàâëÿåò ñîáîé ñîâðåìåííîå ïðîèçâîäñòâî, ãàðàíòèðóþùåå íàäëåæàùåå êà÷åñòâî ñâîåé ïðîäóêöèè, êîòîðàÿ ïîëíîñòüþ îòâå÷àåò òðåáîâàíèÿì åâðîïåéñêèõ ñòàíäàðòîâ è â òîæå âðåìÿ öåíîâîå ïðåäëîæåíèå äåëàåò íàøè òåðìîðåçèñòîðíûå ñîåäèíåíèå âûñîêîêîíêóðåíòíûìè.  ãðóïïó íàøèõ êîìïàíèé âõîäèò òàêæå ÎÎÎ «Òåðïîëèìåðãàç», êîòîðîå ñ 2006 ãîäà ÿâëÿåòñÿ â Óêðàèíå ëèäåðîì ïî ïðîèçâîäñòâó äâîðîâûõ ââîäîâ è ïåðåõîäîâ ïîëèýòèëåí-ñòàëü â äèàïàçîíå îò 25 äî 1000 ìì.  2011 ãîäó áûëî çàïóùåíî ïðîèçâîäñòâî áîðòîâûõ âòóëîê â äèàïàçîíå îò 63 äî 900 äèàìåòðà. Îòìåòèì, ÷òî íà âûøåóêàçàííóþ ïðîäóêöèþ òàêæå èìåþòñÿ âñå íåîáõîäèìûå ðàçðåøèòåëüíûå äîêóìåíòû íà ïðèìåíåíèÿ äëÿ ñåòåé âîäî- è ãàçîñíàáæåíèÿ íà òåððèòîðèè Ðåñïóáëèêè Áåëàðóñü è Ðîññèè.
ÎÎÎ “Ïëàñò-Ôàñîí“
Òåðìîðåçèñòîðíûå ñîåäèíåíèÿ INFORMATION ABOUT COMPANY Plast-Fason Ltd. was established on November 30, in 2007 and was the first who has launched manufacturing of electrofusion fittings for gas and water pipelines. Plast-Fason Ltd. grouped qualified professionals who enthusiastically got down to business. It was not easy, because everything had to be done “with a clean slate”. First of all, they developed by their own means, agreed and approved appropriate technical specifications, according to established procedure. According to the absence of Ukrainian national standard for this type of product, our Technical Specification 2.7-2.25-34623807-001: 2007, “electrofusion fittings for building water and gas networks “ at the meeting of the State Committee for Construction was agreed to be a statutory. And in 2009, with help of our developments, Ukrainian National Standardization System accepted DSTU (National Standards of Ukraine) V.2.7-179: 2009 “Construction Materials. Fittings for water and gas polyethylene pipe networks. Technical Specifications.” Shop floor, producing electrofusion fittings is tooled with manufacturing equipment of world known companies: Arburg, Battenfeld (Germany), Billion (France) and Toshiba (Japan). Today it consists of 16 automatic molding machines, the number of which we plan to increase. More of all, equipment of “the company” is imported from German company Battenfeld. During production we use quality raw materials and components: improved polyethylene such as PE100, and for the electrofusion heating coils - a special wire (an alloy of copper, chromium and nickel) of European manufacturers. Manufacturing and repairing of mold products is carried, using companies’ resources on a separate tool maintenance department. What exactly do we mean, when we talk about electrofusion fittings “Plast-Fason”? With no doubt, our designers took into account the previous experience of the best European companies, but their own development has been implemented in the production. “Plast-Fason” electrofusion fittings are versatile products that are (without any restrictions) completely adapted to work with welding equipment of foreign manufacturers. According to the position (the depth) of heating coil, they are also known as the most numerous and widespread group of products where the principle of compromise, known as “the golden mean” is applied (as we know, the other two approaches, opposite to each other, are used by German company Friatec (uninsulated thermoresistors are placed on the surface) and the Swiss concern George Fisher (ultradeep penetration of the heating coil)). Talking about the qualities of our fittings, first of all, the thickness of wall should be mentioned. We deliberately increased the amount of the materials while production and we offer the products that are considered from the point of view of the near-term adoption of a new DSTU, which will include the use of gas PE pipes, SDR 9. Consequently, our customers now receive the products with increased degree of safety. With no doubt, we realize that in highly competitive business environment any violations of regulatory requirements may have as a result not only technical but also financial and commercial, social and legal consequences. That is why the topic of quality from the very beginning is of main importance for “Plast-Fason” business activity. In 2011, 34 new products were added to the item group. Currently, we produce products with heating in the range from 25 to 900 mm. In addition in 2011we received the permission to use our fittings in the construction of gas and water pipelines in the Republic of Belarus and Russia. Today, Plast-Fason Ltd is a modern equipped production, garantee proper quality of its products, which fully meet requirements of European standards and at the same time price level makes our electrofusion fittings highly competitive. Our group of companies also includes Terpolimergaz LLC, which since 2006 in Ukraine is a leader of PE/ Steel Bend Type Transition Pipe production in the range from 25 to 1000 mm. In 2011 the production of Flange Adaptors was launched, in the range from 63 to 900 diameters. It should be mentioned that all the products has all the necessary approvals for using of gas and water supply networks on the territory of the Republic of Belarus and Russia.
