Following the success of our Wellbeing Festival in February 2022, we are delighted to host a festival to provide training opporunities and promote the development of our members. The IHSCM Development, Training and LEarning Festival focusses on achieving our High Performance Leadership competencies for members, and non-members.

Our CEO Jon Wilks will be leading all 4 modules in our High Performance Teams Workshop Series across the festival line-up, along with a members social, masterclasses, PowerHours, and Round Table discussions.

Speaking Up Safely in Public Services Led by Tom Bell, Director and Lead Consultant, Cormetis Consulting Participants will learn about the prevalence and impact of wilful blindness in organisations, and how to identify it in their own organisations, departments, and teams.
