71 Years of Girl Empowerment

After many years of girl empowerment and hardships, GSP Iloilo Council is now celebrating its 71st Anniversary! This momentous event was commemorated on7th of January, 2021 with the theme: “Molded, On-the-Road, Refined, Equipped Iloilo Girl Scout Council: MORE Amidst Adversities

GSP Iloilo Council President Gudelia V. Coo, Membership Committee Chairperson, Dr. Xz B. Dignadice, and Maura I. Gellangarin, Chairperson of the Personnel Committee joined the Iloilo Council Staff in conducting a simple celebration to commemorate the event.

The rise of COVID-19 has affected us greatly from last year and we are still challenged as we live in this so-called " new normal" . However, we still remain steadfast throughout this pandemic. With the help of the girls, troop leaders, titas, and board members, we were able to adapt and rise against the challenges it brought us, and the GSP Iloilo Council is grateful for that.

"We hope we can still go on as an organization helping girls and young women achieve their dreams and become vigorous leaders for this country,
