l progetto “I do in Italy” nasce da un’idea di Anna Marinello e dall’esigenza di offrire alle coppie straniere prossime al matrimonio, non solo una semplice descrizione dei luoghi e dei panorami italiani mozzafiato, dove poter celebrare il loro giorno più importante, ma anche descrivere minuziosamente le produzioni tipiche, le tradizioni culinarie, la moda, le creazioni italiane del settore wedding, mostrando la bellezza e la creatività del Belpaese. Portiamo nel mondo le eccellenze italiane. In tutto il mondo conoscono l’Italia per la cucina, i vini, il saper fare e lo stile. Noi giriamo per il mondo per rafforzare questa conoscenza, per far capire cosa voglia dire territorio, valore identitario, insomma MADE IN ITALY. “I do in Italy” è uno scrigno che racchiude tutti questi tesori italiani. Un portale, in lingua inglese, dedicato agli stranieri che vogliono sposarsi in Italia e a tutti gli operatori della wedding industry che vogliono “aprirsi al Mondo” e farsi conoscere: locations, makeup artist, ristoranti, allestitori, hair designer, stilisti, fiorai... Nucleo principale del progetto è quindi l’italianità in tutte le sue espressioni legate al mondo del wedding. La Guida è un prodotto unico ed esclusivo ad oggi senza concorrenti, con immagini di altissimo impatto visivo, colori e testi curati nei minimi dettagli per esaltare la bravura e la professionalità di ogni singolo fornitore. La Guida in lingua italiana e inglese, è distribuita in Italia e all’estero nelle librerie più esclusive, nei punti di maggiore traffico internazionale (aeroporti, grandi stazioni, ecc) in occasione delle fiere internazionali o eventi speciali di settore, per dare la massima visibilità al progetto. Il portale web intorno al quale gravitano le diverse forme di comunicazione, tra le quali prevale la webTV, è caratterizzato per semplicità ed eleganza ed è facilmente fruibile da parte del visitatore. I video sono di alto impatto emozionale accompagnati da testi esplicativi, mappe e link. Il tutto supportato dalla presenza sui principali social Network (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, Vimeo) insieme a costanti operazioni di marketing.

he project “I Do in Italy” originated with Anna Marinello and her mission to offer foreign couples on the verge of marriage not just a simple description of Italy’s breathtaking places and views or where to celebrate their most important day, but also to meticulously describe the typical products, culinary traditions, fashion, and creations of Italy within the wedding sector, showing everyone the beauty and creativity of the Bel Paese. We bring the excellence of Italy to the world. Italy is known the world over for its cooking, wines, know-how and style. We travel the world to strengthen our knowledge, to let everyone know the meaning of our land, the value of its identity, and lastly, the significance of Italy. “I Do in Italy” is a trove of all these Italian treasures. A website, in English, devoted to foreigners who wish to wed in Italy as well as the professionals working in the wedding industry who wish to “open up to the world” and allow people to get acquainted with: the locations, make-up artists, restaurants, decorators, hair designers, stylists, florists... The main part of the project is Italian identity, with all of its expressions regarding the world of weddings. The Guide is a unique, exclusive and unrivaled product with images of the highest quality, colors and texts curated with every tiny detail in mind so as to enhance the ingenuity and professionalism of every aspect of the service. The Guide, in Italian and English, is distributed throughout Italy and abroad in the most exclusive bookshops, at high-traffic international locations (airports, large stations, etc.), at events such as international trade fairs or special events within the sector, all to get the project maximum visibility. The website bringing together all the different forms of communication, WebTV being among them, is characterized by simplicity and elegance and is easily accessed by visitors. The videos are emotionally impactful and accompanied by explanatory texts, maps and links. f talking about volumes the “Less i More” reigns, we can not say the same about the manifacturing. Inlays of lace creates evocative, sensual and feminine transparencies that enhance the silhouette. Satin and georgette silk, soft cotton tulle, comfortable jersey elastic and delicate pleats are “rebelling” to structured dresses creating a wonderful fil rouge between linearity and sophistication.

uiceHeadesigner is a roman hairdressing salon born in 2007 from the wish of Viviana Lancetti and Francesco Dominici, a young couple at work and in the life with a common goal: creating something unique of their own. International spirit, attention to details and roots well planted in the Made in Italy, this is Juice’s character. A stage where they play with colour palettes and they stage professionality in a casual and family environment. One of the most important things they try and create at Juice is personalization, because every person is unique. One of the hardest challenges for a hairstylist has been the wedding, it is such a special day so rich in emotions and expectations where the role played by the hairdresser becomes vital even though he is not one of the leading actors. Juice’s bride is a non conventional bride (at least according to standards). Style is not necessarily dictated by the rules the historic moment calls for or by what etiquette imposes, but style is what you have within. “On the most important day for a couple we must enhance their characteristics, not create dolls to place on the cake, to do that we go to a cake designer”. Women have millions of facets and according to Juice there is nothing more beautiful than highlighting the characteristics of every single bride-to-be because they are those that made the future groom surrender, so make way to coloured and loose hair if this is what she likes after all. The bride is beautiful as she is unique and the task of her hairstylist is to enhance her features: be it a Botticellian Venus or a pin up, Juice’s job is to emphasize it and make her shine in her own light. This is why the staff at Juice follows the brideto-be across the board from the choice of the colour that enhances the chosen (or not chosen) hairstyle to the make-up.

Le donne hanno un milione di sfaccettature e secondo Juice non c’è cosa più bella che sottolineare le caratteristiche di ogni singola “bride-to-be” perchè sono quelle che hanno fatto capitolare il futuro sposo, quindi largo ai capelli colorati e sciolti se è quello che in fondo piace a lei. La sposa è bella in quanto unica e il compito del suo hair-stylist è quello di esaltarne le caratteristiche: che sia una venere botticelliana o una pin-up il compito di Juice è quello di sottolinearlo e farla brillare di luce propria. Lo staff di Juice segue a 360° la futura sposa: dalla scelta del colore che faccia risaltare l’acconciatura scelta (o non scelta) al trucco.

n 1827 wedding present given to Princess Luisa Dal Pozzo della Cisterna by her husband Ferdinando Arborio, the Duke of Sartirana and Marquis of Breme, who chose it as their lakeside residence, this location belongs to the Marquis Dal Pozzo d’Annone to this very day, which helps to preserve its authentic charm. The old familial coat of arms consists of a well, surrounded by two dragons. The well was originally the first symbol to represent the family name. Indeed, the Dal Pozzo family has roots going back to Ancient Rome, and were originally called “a puteo” (“of the well”), or “de puteo” (“pertaining to the well”). Only in another era, in the 13th century, did the Pozzo family see the addition of the two dragons. The coat of arms remains as such, and is still used by the family, represented by two dragons drinking from the well, which has a particular meaning: they are in fact protecting the well in such a way that the water is kept from becoming turbid. Thus, the Dal Pozzo family maxim, as it appears on the emblem, reads “turbida nunquam”, meaning “never turbid”. The unmistakable style of Borromini with his skillful use of flat, concave and convex surfaces that welcomes the guest at the arrival. The hotel owes its name to the founder of the religious institution. very corner of our beautiful peninsula is a treasure trove of tasty delicacies, with each region offering its own unique flavours and recipes, due to the abundance and diversity of local products. The North of the Country, particularly the vast lakes regions, is a must visit destination for lovers of cheese and cold cut meats. Wine and food in the Piedmontese lake region are an exquisite combination of pleasant contrasts, echoing the diversity of the territory itself, with its romantic lakeside landscapes and its majestic mountains and alpine valleys. Lake Maggiore, with its magnificent botanic gardens and elegant historic mansions, its charming little isles such as Isola Bella, Isola dei Pescatori and Isola Madre and its picturesque lakeside towns such as Verbania, Baveno, Stresa and Arona, has long been a favourite destination among international tourists. Lake Orta is no less fascinating, with the lovely San Giulio island and its XI Century monastery, nor is Lake Mergozzo, with the peaceful scenery of the rocky isles of Cannero with their renown production of citrus fruit.

n ogni più piccolo angolo della Penisola italiana la gastronomia è un vero tripudio di sapori e di profumi che ci regalano sempre piccoli capolavori della tradizione enogastronomica con frutti delle terre più lussureggianti. Chi ama salumi e formaggi non può di certo non visitare un vasto territorio sito nella parte settentrionale del Paese: il territorio dei Laghi. L’enogastronomia dell’area dei laghi piemontesi è la perfetta combinazione tra il contrasto delle atmosfere romantiche dei suoi laghi e la maestosità delle valli alpine che li dominano. Il Lago Maggiore è sempre stato considerato la meta tra le più amate dal turismo internazionale, con i suoi maestosi giardini botanici, le raffinate ed eleganti residenze storiche e le piccole perle appoggiate sulle acque del lago come l’Isola Bella, l’Isola dei Pescatori e l’Isola Madre, le belle città lacustri di Verbania, Baveno, Stresa ed Arona. E non sono da meno il Lago d’Orta, con l’Isola di San Giulio e il suo monastero dell’XI secolo, il Lago di Mergozzo e, in un angolo di pace, gli isolotti rocciosi di Cannero famosi perché vi maturano gli agrumi. he local cuisine in this area makes large use of the several types of fish found in the lakes, such as perch (which some original recipes would have fried in walnut oil), the common bleak, trout, pike and brook trout, which goes particularly well with ingredients from the mountain region of Val d’Ossola, on the Swiss border. It has often been said that the mountains’ clean air, clear waters and wild, uncontaminated nature make a stay in this region healthy and beneficial. This land also produces some of the best cheese, cold cut meats, honey, rice and wine in the Country and the local cuisine is rich in delicious recipes, particularly when it comes to traditional desserts. If you happen to be in the Lake Maggiore area, make sure you try the famous alpine cheeses. Among the best known - and most delicious - we recommend the Bettelmat, which is made between Formazza and the Antigorio Valleys, and the Ossolano d’Alpe, a full-bodied, full-flavoured cheese, delicious on its own or matched with the local honey. The local bread is also worth sampling: the original recipe involves rye, mixed with a variety of other flours, as well as nuts or raisins, and it is meant to accompany the local meats and cheese. Talking of cheese, make sure you try the so called “goat violins” with seasoned lard and the Ossola Mortadella, as well as the Salam della Duja and the Fidighin Pat, all of which taste great with freshly baked, hot-from-the-oven bread from Lombardy and Piedmont. Dining on Lake Maggiore can quickly turn into a rich sensory journey through local flavours and products, that each tell a story of ancient tradition and love and commitment to the land. The local shepherds and farmers also produce excellent wine, particularly in the hilly region around Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta. The Ghemme Doc and the Nebbiolo are among the best known, but the Tarlap and the Prunent have an equally ancient tradition and are extremely popular both in Italy and abroad. The local dessert tradition is particularly vast and tasty: from the Pan Dolce di Cannobio to the Imperialine and the Reginette, the typical cookies of the area around Omenga, to the Margheritine di Stresa and the Fugascina di Mergozzo and the Amaretti di Pallanza. To end on a sweet note, we should mention the honey that is produced in the Lake Maggiore Valleys. The tradition dates back to the 1300s, when the local monasteries produced several varieties of honey. From chestnut to lime-tree honey, from apple-tree to mountain flowers, this ingredient forms the perfect basis for a variety of traditional cakes and pastries.

n questo territorio i piatti più tipici sono quelli lacustri con il pesce d’acqua dolce, tra cui il persico (che originariamente veniva fritto in olio di noci), le alborelle, le trote, i lucci, i salmerini che però si integrano con prodotti del territorio montano e in particolare della Val d’Ossola che si incunea a nord verso la Svizzera. Lì dove la natura e’ incontaminata, l’aria buona e l’acqua limpida sono un vero rimedio per la salute, nascono i migliori formaggi nazionali, i salumi, i mieli, il riso, i vini e tanti prodotti tipici come i dolci locali. Nel territorio del Lago Maggiore, ad esempio, la produzione dei formaggi d’alpeggio è una delle più rinomate. Oltre al Bettelmat, il formaggio prodotto tra Formazza e le Valli Antigorio, è ottimo l’Ossolano d’Alpe, un formaggio pastoso e gustoso, ideale da assaporare da solo o con il tipico miele locale. Il pane rustico, prodotto con segale mescolata ad altre farine, talvolta arricchito di noci e uvetta e accompagnato da salumi e formaggi: dai “violini” di capra al lardo aromatizzato o la mortadella Ossolana, ma anche il Salam della Duja e il Fidighin Pat sono ottimi da gustare con il buon pane fresco lombardo o piemontese, rigorosamente caldo. Una cena sul Lago Maggiore, dunque, si trasforma ben presto nella possibilità di addolcire il palato con prodotti DOP, che racchiudono una passione per questa terra che si tramanda da secoli. Gli stessi pastori ed agricoltori della zona producono ottimi vini, soprattutto nel territorio collinare del basso Lago Maggiore e Lago d’Orta. Il Ghemme Doc e il Nebbiolo sono tra i vini più conosciuti, ma anche il Tarlap e il Prunent hanno una storia antica alle loro spalle che oggi li porta ad essere vini amati in Italia e all’estero. Vasta l’offerta di dolci: dal Pan Dolce di Cannobio, alle Imperialine e alle Reginette, biscotti tipici della zona di Omegna, alle Margheritine di Stresa e alla Fugascina di Mergozzo, fino agli Amaretti di Pallanza. La macchina fotografica costituisce un nuovo senso, diventando un prolungamento degli occhi del fotografo e un ponte che da lui partendo giunge fino al soggetto e si irradia ovunque. “La mia fotografia si pone l’obiettivo di catturare in modo del tutto spontaneo un attimo, cogliendone ogni sfumatura, e congelarlo in una foto per riviverlo per sempre.” Nel 1986 è arrivato il mio primo lavoro come assistente ad un grande fotografo presso lo storico Grand Hotel di Roma (oggi St. Regis Grand). Era un evento organizzato dall’ Avv. Gianni Agnelli ed Henry Kissinger.

The camera becomes a new sense, an extension of the photographer’s eyes and a bridge from artist to subject and beyond. “My photography aims to spontaneously capture a single moment, embracing every nuance and freezing the moment in a photo which can be relived forever.” In 1986 I secured my first job as assistant to an eminent photographer at the historic Grand Hotel in Rome (nowadays the St Regis Grand). It was an event organized by Gianni Agnelli and Henry Kissinger.

fter about eight years I opened my own photography studio and from that day, through the photographs I take, my customers relive their emotions: the bride walking into the church and the groom brimming with emotion as he waits at the altar of the church of San Pietro in Montorio, or Santa Sabina, San Giorgio in Velabro, San Giovanni e Paolo al Celio, Santa Cecilia. After the ceremony, the excitement continues with the guests. Part of the joy of marriage is its celebration in stunning locations such as Villa Miani, Villa Aurelia, Villa Medici, the Crescentia castle, the Odescalchi Castle or in private houses etc. Sharing this most special day with the bride and groom is not a simple matter, the photographer’s sensitivity and professional competence need to merge into a figure which is both discrete and reassuring. Fixing one moment in a single shot is in my opinion the utmost expression of my work and of my great passion. The wedding day, a couple’s finest moment, the triumph of their dreams: the day of your marriage is an event that you will want to remember forever, but above all you will wish to relive the emotions of that magical day. Photography does just that, capturing in a single shot the joy and happiness when rings are exchanged, or the second you step out of the church, or as you take the floor for the first dance. The photographer’s discretion and competence throughout the day will encapsulate these moments and store them forevermore in your wedding album. hotographing weddings, to us at Photo-Works, is the most amusing and the most serious thing at the same time. Every time we leave our studio for a shooting, we are aware of the responsibility that our job entails: we are the narrators of a unique day, one of the most important ones in the life of a couple, surely the most heartfelt and moving. Although we follow many throughout a year, every single wedding is to us the most important, because to our Wedding Couple it is unrepeatable. That is why every time we work to the best of our ability and concentration, with only one goal: discovering the emotion on our Clients’ faces, when we hand the photos over to them. Meanwhile though, we can create funny and spontaneous images, full of joy. This is very easy to us: we are immersed in a discreet way in a celebration day, with our cameras around our necks and we can totally dedicate ourselves to what, aside from being our job, is also our deepest passion. A wedding tale is a mixture of reportage, portrait, hunt for the “crucial moment” and the best light and a lot of creativity. Nothing is more amusing to a photographer. Ogni volta che usciamo dal nostro studio per un servizio, siamo consapevoli della responsabilità che il nostro lavoro comporta: siamo i narratori di un giorno unico, tra i più importanti della vita di una coppia, sicuramente il più sentito ed emozionante. Anche se ne seguiamo tanti, nell’arco di un anno, ogni singolo matrimonio per noi è il più importante, perché per i nostri Sposi è unico e irripetibile. a band The GrooveFellas nasce nel 2013 dall’idea di Enrico Meloni e Giulio Larovere, rispettivamente chitarrista e cantante dei GL.EM Acoustic Duo, di estendere la formazione col chiaro intento di suonare principalmente per eventi privati, feste a tema e matrimoni. La band, che cerca di adattarsi alle differenti esigenze di mercato, è modulare e nella versione completa è composta da batteria, basso, chitarra, tastiera e voce principale. Ogni elemento della band esegue inoltre i cori necessari ad una perfetta resa dello spettacolo e per l’intrattenimento dei clienti più esigenti è possibile aggiungere anche alcuni musicisti aggiuntivi come sax, voce femminile e/o violino. La cura per gli arrangiamenti è una delle caratteristiche peculiari dei GrooveFellas: utilizzano un modo di suonare cosiddetto “all’americana”, ovvero senza stabilire a priori la scaletta della serata ed addirittura la struttura della singola canzone, ma lasciano spazio all’improvvisazione e fanno in modo che l’energia del momento e l’interazione col pubblico determinino il modo di eseguire il brano e, di conseguenza, il corso dell’evento stesso. Tutto questo crea una sorta di complicità tra la band e il pubblico che, in maniera spontanea e naturale, diviene parte integrante dello spettacolo. Il repertorio dei GrooveFellas è di per sé già vasto ma comunque adattabile alle esigenze dell’evento e tocca i generi pop, rock, R’n’B, blues, un pizzico di swing, soul, disco e revival. I GrooveFellas collaborano stabilmente con alcuni fornitori di service audio-luci e Dj molto competenti, in grado di arricchire ulteriormente l’intrattenimento rendendolo qualitativamente unico. Chianti Region Wine Tasting and Romantic Dinner
Half day tour through one of the most suggestive areas of Tuscany, well known all over the world for its wines. You will admire the beautiful landscape with the vineyards, olive groves and cypresses trees among the hills. On your arrival at the estate you will start with the guided tour of the vineyards with a professional English speaking oenologist and you will then be shown the cellars with the barrels of Chianti Classico. After the visit you will have dinner with a typical Tuscan menu with the famous “Bistecca alla Fiorentina” (Florentine style steak) and wine tasting. “Massimo miracolo della natura” cit. cosi definiva il “Tuber” (Tartufo) Plinio il vecchio. Il tour prevede un escursione nei boschi, accompagnati da un fedelissimo cane, alla ricerca del tartufo, con conseguente pranzo tartufato.
Cooking Class Pasta-Pizza
L’esperienza inizia in un locale estremamente suggestivo, nel cuore del chianti fiorentino dove abili chef insegnano ai clienti l’arte di realizzare una buona pasta “hand made” toscana... per finire si assaggeranno le realizzazioni.
Artigianato Ceramico
L’argilla, fu il primo materiale usato dall’uomo, in virtù della sua capacità di diventare malleabile al tatto e plasmabile per realizzare vasellame e altri oggetti necessari per conservare cibi e bevande. La parola “Ceramica” deriva dal greco “Kéramos” significa “argilla per stoviglie” ed è proprio dal luogo dove viene lavorata che inizierà il nostro Tour. Uno degli ultimi laboratori ceramisti artigiani rimasti, assisteremo alla realizzazione e alla personalizzazione di meravigliosi e pregiatissimi oggetti di ceramica.
Pranzo o Cena nel cuore del Chianti Classico
La vite arrivò in Chianti con gli Etruschi, come testimoniano ritrovamenti archeologici. Il tour ripercorre queste antiche e famose colline, soffermandosi in un bellissimo vigneto che produce l’omonimo vino Chianti Classico. Il tour prevede un’escursione nel vigneto con un esperto agronomo; un susseguirsi di sapori indimenticabili durane l’aperitivo e la cena nella splendida cantina.

La visita dell’atelier orafo in una torre medicea del 1100 dove soggiornò Leonardo da Vinci non ha uguali, pezzi unici, pluripremiati e di inestimabile bellezza, il tutto adornato da un caratteristica degustazione in pieno stile Toscana. Il Tour può proseguire con la realizzazione di corsi e dimostrazioni di arte orafa. L’esperienza di vivere un pranzo a casa di una rinomata famiglia artigiana dell’argento.
