ExxonMobil is evaluating a potential sale of its Tomas Ranch property located in Freer, Texas and has engaged Mr. Bernard Uechtritz of The Icon Global Group to assist in this effort. Should ExxonMobil decide to proceed with the sale, the Tomas Ranch will be offered for a period of time, privately, on a non-public, off market basis to a limited number of prospective buyers. The property will be offered on an “as is where is” basis, inclusive of all physical improvements, mineral interests, and rolling stock (equipment, machinery, vehicles). Additionally, all non-fixed personal property, and small equipment such as golf carts, trailers and tools are included in the sale, as is the bedding for the lodge, kitchen items and feed for the animals.
