Here we look at one of their most recent projects, a dated townhouse in La Quinta. This renovation needed to provide luxurious accommodation for guests. The owner wanted a very different layout for herself and her business. ProMas created plans and went through all the steps for planning application and building licences. The top floor was two bedrooms and one bathroom; the
client wanted this changed into a large master bedroom using the whole of the top floor, complete with a fire place, seating area and a beautiful balcony to sunbathe and enjoy the views. In addition, a large walk in wardrobe area was created with a space for a mini-fridge and a coffee machine.
