Empowering ESRB Students: Witness the Action they Take!
At our PYP school, we believe in empowering our learners to take action and make a positive difference in the world. Our students have been busy taking action in various ways, and we invite you to look at the pictures and videos showcasing their efforts. From organizing fundraisers to support local charities, to participating in community service projects and advocating for important causes, our learners are making a difference and demonstrating their commitment to being responsible global citizens. As part of the unit of inquiry How the World Works, a group of students in grade 5 C (Yasmina Bendakji, Yasmina Majed, Clara Mashmoushi and Joud Hammoud) took the initiative to raise awareness about medicine by writing a rap song.

Karim Achkar was moved by the earthquake that hit Turkey and North of Syria. He prepared a presentation to bring awareness and encourage people to help.
Earthquake initiative
As a response to the earthquake initiative, a group of G.2 students invented a poem, while another group wrote a song to bring awareness and encourage donations.
Zia Chehade showed interest in our unit and decided to prepare a poem on multiple intelligences to show her understanding post our session on multiple intelligences. She had the opportunity to even recite her poem in front of the Grade 5/ CM2 students during our assembly.
