PERFORMANCE REVIEW INSTRUCTIONS FOR TEAM MEMBERS

Performance Reviews are open Monday, Oct. 9th - Friday, Oct. 20th .

All team members are required to complete their self-reviews. If you have any challenges, please call the office and ask for People Operations or email peopleops@huttonbuilds.com.

1) Reviews will be assigned to each individual to complete a self-review. This can be accessed on your dashboard of your Hutton People Page. Click on this review to begin the process.

2) Complete each question, evaluating your own personal performance and add in additional comments you want to pass along to your Manager.

3) You can complete your review in one sitting and hit “Submit”, or you can “Save and Finish Later”. Your review is not completed however until you hit “Submit”. The review does not save automatically – you must either select Save or Submit.

4) After you hit “Submit” this box will populate to Sign and acknowledge your review. You can click “Generate Signature” or digitally sign with your mouse in the box, then hit “Submit”.

5) After you Submit your review, your portion is complete and your manager will now go in and complete their portion of the review. After both parties have completed their review, you may go back in to review both submissions at any point by going to the “Performance” section of your review board. Manager reviews will not be released until after November 30th for review.
