Per your suite contract you are allotted two or four seats on our annual suite trip to an away football game. This year we will be traveling to Minneapolis, MN to the football game vs. The University of Minnesota. Trip departure is Thursday August 31st .

If your or your guests need to pick up suite tickets or additional standing room only tickets on game day, this is possible through side will call or the ticket office depending on the side of the stadium your suite is at. For West and North Stadium, will call is at the Ticket Office and for East Stadium it is at Gate 21. Will call tickets will be placed in a sealed envelope with guest names printed on the front, and photo identification will be required for pickup. Will call windows open three (3) hours prior to kickoff.

All game tickets will be viewable on your Huskers ticket account by late August. Once available for download, login through the Nebraska Huskers mobile app (via ticket icon in the lower right) or login via husker.com/myaccount and save the tickets to your phone’s Apple Wallet or Google Play app. If your suite uses a combination of mobile and physical tickets, once a mobile ticket is transferred off your account, the corresponding physical ticket will be invalid. Be sure to only transfer mobile tickets if you do not plan on using the physical version.

To save time at the venue, fans are highly encouraged to save tickets and parking passes to their digital wallet prior to arrival on game day. If you need downloading assistance, please contact the ticket office via email at Nebraska@huskers.com or text GoMobile to 83200. A representative will respond and be able to assist you with any questions.

All guests, regardless of age, must gave a game ticket for game admittance. Tickets will be electronically scanned each time a guest enters and exits the stadium to verify authenticity through the end of the 3rd quarter. No entries or re-entries will be permitted in the 4th quarter. Guests assume all risks for tickets purchased through sources other than Nebraska Athletics.

Standing Room Only Ticket: If you would like additional Standing Room Only tickets for your suite, a limited amount per suite are available for purchase on a per game basis. Prices reflect the public onsale price and are available to purchase by contacting Larisa via email or phone, by the Wednesday prior to the home game at 5 PM. Standing Room Only tickets are only available via mobile delivery or for will call pickup and are non-refundable.

Lap Ticket: Tickets for children younger than the age of two (2) may be purchased at a reduced priceof $20 prior to game day through Larisa. These tickets must be picked up at Will Call on the day of the game with the child present.

Suites will be open the day prior to home games from 9 AM to 4 PM. Items such as snacks, nonalcoholic beverages, k cups, plates & cutlery can be brought into the suite at this time. Suite stocking entry points are listed on the following page. Event staff will be on site to assist you with stocking and reserve the right to go through your belongings to make sure only allowed items are brought into the stadium. Outside catering companies are not permitted to come in and stock your suite per the Premier Catering contract.

All suites open 2 hours prior to kickoff and close 1 hour after the game ends. Should you choose to leave the suite level at any time, a valid game ticket will be required for level reentry.

Only suite hosts may open and close suite windows. Please do not allow children or adults to sit on the windowsills. To avoid any possibility of an object falling out of the suite, please do not place or hang objects of any kind on the windowsills. The suite holder will be held liable for any damages resulting from non-compliance with this regulation.

Suite holders are not to make alterations, additions or other improvements that may cause structural change to their suites without prior Athletic Department permission. Should you wish to hang décor on the walls, please contact Larisa for assistance.

The presence and use of alcohol is strictly prohibited by University policy. Suite holders are responsible for their guests’ compliance with this policy. At our discretion, Athletic Department staff may check for alcohol during pre-game servicing and/or on game day.

Please leave recruiting to our coaches. It is not permissible to have recruiting contact (e.g. in person, phone, texts, emails, social media, etc.) with a recruit or his/her family, friends, or coaches/teachers, and it is not permissible to invite high school/junior college coaches, recruits or family members of your recruits to your suite.

It is not permissible for donors to provide anything to the following groups of people:

o Student-athletes (except for occasional meals approved by compliance);

o Family members and friends of student-athletes;

o Recruits; and

o Family members and friends of recruits

Each contributor must provide a Certificate of Insurance with general liability limits of at least $1,000,000 with a $3,000,000 general aggregate naming the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska as additional insured.

The general liability limits established above are a standard requirement from campus. Suite owners are not required to have property insurance coverage, but this is a recommended add-on if you have personal belongings in the suite. The University is not liable for any personal property in the suites.

At the Board’s request, Contributor shall deliver such policies or certificates of insurance evidencing such coverage upon execution hereof and thereafter not less than fifteen (15) days prior to the expiration date of any such policy. Proof of insurance should be mailed to 625 Stadium Drive, Lincoln, NE 68501 or lbrockman@huskers.com.

In order to maintain a pleasant environment for all suite holders and guests, please remember the policies and reminders addressed in this manual. Suite holders are responsible for their guests, and anyone not adhering to the rules and regulations may be addressed by stadium personnel. Suite holder rights are subject to the Terms and Conditions, as outlined in the Suite Contract and the Suite Manual, which may be supplemented and amended without notice.

A suite host will be assigned to your suite to help ensure your game day runs smoothly. They are available to help you maintain your suite, open windows, manage the TV/audio changes and other tasks you see fit. Should you need anything from maintenance, custodial or catering please alert your suite host and they will dispatch to the proper personnel. If you have any special requests for your host, please contact Larisa or Lydia.

Suite Hosts will wear name tags and be dressed in black pants, a red shirt and a black jacket. Game day responsibilities include:

o Greeting and directing guests while monitoring entry and ticket validation on the suite levels

o Being available to assist with the needs of all suite guests as requested

o Reporting any activity that does not adhere to policies and guidelines

o Assisting in first aid and emergency protocols, as needed

Custodial and Maintenance crews come through suites prior to each home game. If you have any specific maintenance requests, please alert your suite host or email Larisa as soon as possible so it can be addressed prior to the next game. If you have any custodial, maintenance or audio/visual needs during the game, please notify your suite host to dispatch the necessary personnel to address the issue as soon as possible. Custodial fees may apply for any additional events outside of the contracted home games.

Due to sanitation and safety issues, the use of portable electronic appliances (crock pots, grills, toaster ovens, etc.) inside the suite are not recommended.

Suite holders many make special requests for special occasions. These requests may include birthdays, anniversary arrangements or Herbie Husker and Spirit Squad appearances in the suite on game day. Though not guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate your request. To make these special requests, contact Larisa no later than the Tuesday prior to the game.

The use of your suite outside of football games must be prearranged with the HAF office. Such uses could include meetings, sales presentations and business lunches, and an additional rental fee of $350 will apply. If interested, please contact the HAF office.

For special events held in Memorial Stadium throughout the year, you will receive information from the HAF office about reserving your suite for a usage fee that will cover custodial fees and operational expenses.

All catering order will be handled online directly through Premier Catering via www.HuskerFootballSuites.com (the case sensitive site access code for 2023 is: GoBigRed) We encourage Suite Holders to appoint one person as an administrator to place all food orders during the season.

The online order system will open nine days prior to the first home game. Orders are due by 12 PM on Tuesday of each game week.

Most food selections have the option of a small or large order. Unless noted otherwise (e.g. pizzas), small orders will have a serving size of about 16 people and large orders will have a serving size of about 28 people.

Exceptions: Pepsi products are sold individually by the 20oz bottle; K-Cups are pre-packaged, snacks are sold by the 12-pack; main snack selections are by small order only; bakery items are sold by the dozen; and flatbreads /pizzas are sold individually.

You may schedule your food to arrive at your desired time through the online order system on the Checkout page.

Payment for services is due prior to the event when the order is placed. The system will accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you would like to establish direct billing account privileges, please contact Premier Catering at (402) 323–8240 or service@premiercatering.net for the appropriate paperwork

Applicable sales tax will be added to all suite catering orders.

Gratuity is added automatically when catering orders are placed and is given to the catering personnel. This is NOT distributed to your suite host. Tipping your suite host is strongly encouraged. Please reach out if your suite host is not meeting your standards so we can help correct the situation.

Premier Catering does not provide take home containers due to sanitary precautions, but you are welcome to bring your own containers to take home any leftover catering items after the game.

Nebraska Athletics enforces a clear bag policy for ALL ticketed Nebraska events in all venues.

Fans are encouraged to bring only necessary items. Each ticketed attendee will be allowed to enter with one (1) clear plastic bag. The following styles and bag sizes are permitted into Nebraska’s athletic facilities:

o One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc or similar)

o Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”

o Small clutch bags (with or without a handle or strap) that do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5”

Exceptions will be made for approved medical needs items after proper inspection. Prohibited bags include but are not limited to: purses larger than permissible 4.5” x 6.5”, any clean bag larger than the permissible 12” x 6” x 12” size, tinted/colors plastic bags with patterns or oversized logos, diaper bags, computer bags, camera bags, binocular cases, all backpacks, fanny packs, solid drawstring bags, luggage of any kind, briefcases and coolers.

The University has adopted a smoke-free, tobacco-free and vapor free policy. Smoking is not permitted in any part of Memorial Stadium or anywhere on campus.

Security and staff will check tickets at each entrance. Guests should have their suite tickets with them at all times. To contact the University Police Department, call: (402) 472-2222.

Athletic Department officials and University law enforcement personnel have prepared emergency response plans for a variety of situation at Memorial Stadium. Please notify the Suite host or event staff should you need first aid or emergency help.

If you believe an item was left behind in your suite, contact the HAF Office: (402) 472-3111. If you find an item left behind by another guest, you may either leave the item in your suite or leave the item with the security staff at the guest relations office in the lobby of your stadium side.

Lost items found in non-premium areas (e.g., concourses, bowl seating) will be taken to either the West Stadium Guest Relations Office inside the West Stadium Lobby or the East Stadium Guest Relations Office inside Gate 18. To check with the Stadium Guest Relations Offices, call the Athletic Events Office: (402) 472-1003.
