A MESSAGE FROM OUR LEADER Those honored on the following pages have demonstrated, through their exceptional performance, a mastery of our profession. Even though we know we have superior products, even though we have the most sophisticated technology infrastructure in the industry, and even though we know we have the finest support staff anywhere, someone – you – must build relationships with our customers and then deliver the key elements of the customer experience: personalized service and professional expertise. No computer, website, blog or social network has yet been able to substitute for the level of service our professionals deliver to our customers every day.
We pause once each year to honor the collective and individual power of our people! It is important that we reflect and give thanks for the good fortune that our combined efforts have brought to the many people affected by our actions. You were generous again last year, giving of your time and money to support your fellow agents in their time of need, the United Way and other worthy causes. As I have said many times, collectively you are the most generous group in the industry. Allow me to formally thank you for your generosity and for the way you rally to help others.
Please accept my thanks also for seeing our Vision-for being “Always there for our customers.” We continue to bring even more clarity to our Vision through our theme of “One Company – Your Team”, which should give all of us great confidence that working together as a team we can handle whatever challenges come our way, even as we commit to a “Breakout Year” in our 107th continuous year as a family-owned and operated business.
