Two Fat Blokes Gourmet Kitchen has brought together an international selection of world-famous cheeses and small goods, and matched them with outstanding Hunter Valley wines for you to enjoy. On this experience, one of the Two Fat Blokes will teach you all about cheese and wine matching in a fun and educational way by. You’ll know your French Epoisse from an English Charnwood cheddar and learn why a Hunter Valley Semillon can be a match made in heaven when served with one cheese but a disaster when matched with another. And why Spanish Jamon or an Italian Brescaola needs different reds to bring out the flavours in the meat as well as the wine. We held our first classes four years ago and they’re still the most popular in the Hunter Valley.
