Realise your superpowers, keep them in peak condition and achieve your goals!
Strengths Realisation is a core experience offered by GOVguild that helps members identify their strengths and use them to achieve their goals. Participants access the Strengths Profile tool, a world-leading assessment that measures 60 strengths across three dimensions of energy, performance, and use, and distributes the data across four quadrants. This Core Experience is designed by GOVguild's in-house Certified Strengths Profile Practitioner and is unique to GOVguild.
• By completing the survey and debriefing with the guided self-debrief, participants gain advanced insights into their strengths and learn to have positive, strengths-based conversations. The strengths model provides a dynamic platform for development. GOVguild members access the energy behind their strengths and design strategies to maximise growth potential, minimise weaknesses, and optimise performance and wellbeing for the Good Work Life.
• Throughout the Four Seasons Performance Series, GOVguild provides relevant monthly activities such as mentoring with the Strengths Model, where members support each other and amplify outcomes with a shared strengths language and activities. Additionally, members can find out more about the tool, strengths theory, and research through resources.
• By choosing Strengths Realisation, members are sharing an experience and mastering a common tool integrated throughout the Four Seasons Performance Series. This greatly enhances their overall experience and ability to achieve both the Good Work Life and the 1% Challenge as a collective.
