The LEGO® Serious Play® core experience is a powerful technique designed to facilitate thinking, communication, and problem solving. Extensive research from the fields of business, organisation development, psychology, and learning has been used to develop the methodology. This experience has been exclusively designed by GOVguild's in-house Certified LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator.

• Through using bricks as a medium to build and express complex ideas through storytelling and metaphors, LEGO® Serious Play® participants literally have the Good Work Life concepts on the table. Collaborating and testing ideas with fellow Members, Mentors, and/or others lead to advanced insights.

• The experience generates a powerful emotional charge, making it easier to express thoughts and ideas in greater detail, be more easily understood and remembered. Participants have numerous opportunities to experience the methodology of LEGO® Serious Play® throughout the Four Seasons Performance Series, gaining a deeper understanding and clarity of their Good Work Life's identity and dynamics.

• Relevant activities are available throughout the series, and personalised Toolkits of specially chosen LEGO® bricks and elements will be provided to each participant upon registration. By choosing LEGO® Serious Play®, participants share an experience with fellow members and master a technique that is integrated throughout the series. Ultimately, this experience will greatly enhance the overall experience and ability to achieve both the Good Work Life and the 1% Challenge as a collective.
