• Work on Wellbeing is an evidence-based wellbeing assessment tool that provides a holistic overview of an individual's mental, emotional, and physical state. This core experience is designed to help individuals master the Good Work Life and achieve wellbeing in all aspects of their life.

• By choosing Work on Wellbeing, individuals have access to a secure, ethical, and scientifically validated assessment tool that offers insight, guidance, and support towards achieving the Good Work Life. They receive a clear picture of their current state of wellbeing, along with actionable strategies to improve their wellbeing over time.

• Taking the Work on Wellbeing Assessment is easy and only takes 15 minutes to complete. After completing the assessment, individuals unpack their WoW Report through a guided self-debrief for insight and planning. They discover the power of WoW and its benefits through the provided resources.

• Individuals track their progress towards the Good Work Life through wellbeing by monitoring personal results over time. As a core experience, relevant monthly tasks will be available throughout the Four Seasons Performance Series.

• By choosing Work on Wellbeing, individuals are a part of something extraordinary. They will be contributing collective data to the GOVguild 1% Challenge enabling the tracking of progress towards a 1% increase. By mastering a common framework for, and shared goals towards wellbeing, individuals greatly enhance their mentorship and shared experience.
