Keep in mind, there are probably other systems that can do what HubSpot does, but the perk to this particular CRM is it allows you to complete tasks in 1 program rather than switching from program to program.

The Power of the EOS Model When you started your business, were you aware of the complexities involved? The large majority of entrepreneurs start with a passion and a dream to take what they love to do, and create an income from it. They know they will be good at what they offer, but will anyone else be able to serve their clients at the same level? Do they have the structure in place to support the delivery of product with the demands of fulfillment?

The beauty of being an entrepreneur is having the ability to define the business according to your beliefs and values. However, as Aunt May says in the movie Spider Man, “With great power comes great responsibility.” Whether you are a solo-prenuer or have several team members, you need to make sure there are processes in place to protect the integrity of your mission and enable the business to achieve the vision. The EOS model is a great place to start, or even to use as a roadmap towards reevaluation of the businesses processes and metrics. Originally mentioned in the book Traction by Gino Wickman, this concept is used by businesses worldwide to get a grasp on their company and make major strides towards streamlining processes and making progress.Both HSRA and Model My Home are using the EOS model to reframe and retighten for the massive growth we expect in the coming years.

The premise of this model is fairly simple. There are six categories, listed below, that outline the main areas of impact within the business that need attention and evaluation: 1. Vision 2. People 3. Data 4. Issues 5. Process 6. Traction Note how the first task you must undertake is solidifying the business vision. Scripture is right in Proverbs 29:18, when it states “Without vision, the people cast off restraint, but blessed is he who keeps the law..”

Make sure the team knows the law of the business. More importantly, ensure you have brought in people who are morally and ethically bound to keep it at the forefront in everything they do each day. It will make for happy clients, a happy team, and ultimately a happy owner! Social Commerce – A Way to Expand Your Home Staging Business Have you ever scrolled through Instagram or Facebook and then found yourself checking out purchases? It could be a dress, grocery items, training program, or even a doctor’s appointment! This is referred to as Social Commerce. First introduced by Yahoo in 2005, it entails selling products directly and allowing buyers to make purchases within their Social Media experience. For the past three years, businesses have been aggressively taking advantage of Social Commerce as one method of reducing the pandemic’s impact. If you are new to Social Commerce, here are several reasons you should explore options:

Shopping becomes a social experience. Shopping on Social Media offers far greater interaction than traditional e-commerce. Shoppers can use Social Media platforms to get advice from their friends about purchases, highlight products or their personal shopping experiences, read .
other consumer reviews, and connect directly with their favorite brands. It may not be the same as going to the mall or restaurants, but social commerce might just be the next best thing.

Social commerce eliminates checkout hassles. According to Facebook, “the average attention span on the platform for video content is just about 2 seconds. On a desktop computer, the average attention span is 2.5 seconds, but on mobile, it is 1.7 seconds.” This includes ad contents for the service or product you’re trying to sell.
The sales funnel in social commerce starts with the prospects seeing, then clicking, and and buying. YES! That is how easy it is; a click on the product and checkout. The fewer clicks required from your prospects on their purchases, the more likely you will be successful with your online sales target. When they have to move from an ad to your website, add a product to a cart, fill in their credit card info, there are multiple opportunities to lose their attention. Consider evaluating your current online sales funnel and eliminating excessive steps via social commerce. Give it a shot!

Identify and target your specific audience. Thanks to the wealth of data available on Social Media, you can target and tweak your advertising. Traditional e-commerce and marketing has greater difficulty placing specific, ready-to-buy products in front of people who will love them the way social commerce can. There are so many platforms to offer social commerce, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, and recently TikTok.
