Local Rotary gives scholarships to local students

Alli Morgan of Howe High School was presented a Rotary Scholarship at last week's local rotary meeting. She is third from the left and is pictured with Dakota Kern of Van Alstyne (far right) and Rotary President Paul Nobles. The local Hurricane Creek Rotary Club meets on Thursdays and is a group of volunteers with diverse perspectives, and committed to making lasting changes in communities and globally.
