Howe's 8U Lady Bulldogs recently took part in the 1st Annual Ronnie Partridge Memorial softball tournament in Bonham The Lady Bulldogs played against select and all-star teams from Sherman, Denison, Bonham and Van Alstyne and finished first in the tournament by run-ruling all of their opponents

With Sheriff Keith Gary now officially retired, the Sheriff-elect Tom Watt officially became Sheriff Watt on Thursday morning in front of a large audience in the same room that saw the retirement reception for Sheriff Gary the day prior
