All food and beverage must be purchased through the Holiday Inn Sacramento Downtown -Arena . A catering minimum of $40,000.00 applies for use of the full Grand Ballroom. As a full-service caterer we offer assistance with linens, flowers, balloons, etc. in addition to the food and beverage. Speak with our catering team about preferred vendors to enhance your event.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE-

A deposit of 10% of your minimum revenue guarantee (non-refundable) will be required in order to make the reservation definite 50% of your minimum revenue guarantee is due 2 months prior to your event. 100% of your estimated total cost is due 10 business days prior to your event to be paid by money order, cashier’s check or credit card. Final guarantees are due by noon 4 business days prior to your event with final payment due at that time.
