Received $771,000

Vision Gap

Overview

Our Projects Lane is dedicated to the growth and expansion of our church. We accomplish this through launching new Hope City campuses, brick-and-mortar projects, and seizing ministry opportunities.

Lane Highlights

Renovated the High Street campus

In order to serve the members of our High Street Campus, their families, and the city, we made much needed improvements in the areas of: paint, lighting, audio and video, signage, wayfinding, children’s spaces, exterior spaces, and room renovations.

Rel aunch ed the High Street c ampus

With the Waterloo location, the High Street Campus will allow us to continue the mission and ministry that the Lord has established in the community.

Completed remodel and launched Cedar Heights c ampus

Cedar Heights is our Broadcast campus and Central Team HQ. This

campus includes a 700-seat worship center and expanded meeting rooms.

Purchased 3706 Cedar Heights Drive

Our newest ministry location was purchased to ensure that we have a physical place to reach new students, meet as groups, and serve the families of the Cedar Valley.

Completed Phase One of the 3706 Cedar Heights building remodel

The facility has had minor improvements and maintenance fixes which allow it to be used for groups and other activities.

New Vision Projects

3706 Cedar Heights/Student Center

Phase Two of this remodel includes contracting with an architectural firm to complete design plans for future use.

Total Need: $10,000

Future Campus Launch

With an eye to the future, as a church we are always asking and seeking God for who He wants us to reach and where He wants us to go. We don't have a set plan for our next campus, but we do have a few locations that we are praying over.

If you are passionate about this particular project you can give directly to it.

Total Need: Approximately $200,000 for first year operations

Broadcast Campus Debt Reduction

After our first loan draw we have been given a 15 month interest only window for our loan of 3.8 million. We will be able to furnish the debt balance once the loan matures, however, we will aggressively pursue paying off the loan as soon as possible. As a church our goal and practice has been to function with as little debt as possible. If this excites you, consider

pointing your Legacy Giving in this direction.

Total Need: $3,800,000

Prayer

● Pray for the health and growth of High Street and Cedar Heights campuses

● Pray for continued generosity in retiring the debt on the Cedar Heights campus

● Pray for the new people who will come to Hope City Church that God will have His way in their lives

● Pray that all of our facilities would remain in good working condition

LEGACY SUNDAY

DECEMBER 1, 2024

Each December, we come together as a church to give a special offering that requires sacrifice but builds a lasting legacy for future generations. This offering allows us to take bold steps toward the opportunities God has set before us. While giving is a personal decision, we invite everyone to prayerfully consider participating in this act of generosity. Every gift helps advance our mission and create a lasting impact.

PRAY AND ASK GOD

What would God have you invest in the lives of people in the Cedar Valley and beyond?

GIVE IN PERSON

On December 01, we will take a special offering for Legacy after the message. Write “Legacy” on the envelope.
