PThis is the program with the greatest impact within our families. We provide foreign language classes free-of charge, taught by native and foreign volunteers, to around 100 children. They are subdivided into five age groups: Caterpillar, Parrot, Panda and Kangaroo. These small classes allow us to focus on quality, student-focused education Additionally, in 2023 we implemented robotics and coding courses seeking to expand our benificiaries´ abilities even further.

1 Recruitment of national and international volunteers
SWe recruited 39 volunteers, 7 international volunteers and 32 national volunteers.

This 2023 we impacted 95 children and youths grouped as follows, according to age:

Below, we share the measured impact of 3 of the main English groups:
Caterpillar age-group
The Caterpillar age group closes the 2023 period with 88.5% of students developing their speaking abilities, while 84.6% developed their listening and comprehension skills.
Parrot group
The Parrot group at the end of 2023, shows that out of all of its pupils, 92.5% had satisfactory results in the development of conversational skills, while 83% developed their ability to read.

SPThe Panda group demonstrated that 94% developed their writing skills, while 91.75% showed progress in conversation and reading comphrehension.
Coding Kuska
Coding Kuska has focused on bridging the digital divide for children in Arequipa and rural areas of Perú
In 2023, we diversified our programming, including new S.T.E.A.M components, creating a new curriculums and broadening what our beneficiaries can learn.

In 2023, there had been an increase in the number of families involved, as well as community and family gardens. We had the following objectives:

ACQUIRE AND RETAIN RESTAURANT CLIENTS:

PHOOP ACCOMPANIES
Our goal is to strengthen families in the community through programs focused on their growth. We offer talks, workshops and personalized support to address their individual needs, whether through counseling, donations or other resources.
OBJECTIVES
1 Individual attention
Personalized support was provided to the families We recieved a total of 2,700 in-kind doantions. With 1,150.00 soles being medicines and approximately 1,550.00 soles being foodstuffs.
Special support is given to 5 families who are dealing with extreme poverty
2 Donations and group activities
During 2023 various donations were received and these donations were distributed Some were for impoverished families and the others were for our bi-annual garage sales; which we use to raise funds.
1936 00 soles were raised in July and 1560.00 soles in December
