On behalf of the entire Krull family I would like to welcome you to the annual Moon Creek Farms bull sale. For those who have used our genetics in the past we say Thank You. For those who are new to our program, we invite you to review our sale offering and come take a look at our bulls at any time prior to or on sale day. This years offering will consist of 20 coming 2 year old bulls and 40 yearlings. These bulls are developed on a sensible ration to allow for growth and genetic expression. The majority of the bulls will be calving ease bulls which will be suitable for the use on larger framed heifers. All the bulls will be ultrasounded, genomic tested, and will undergo a breeding soundness exam prior to delivery. Our breeding guarantee, as outlined below, will assure you that all cattle sold through Moon Creek Farms will be represented to the best of our abilities. We understand that the most important step in genetic progress and profitability is pregnant cows.
We are proud of our cowherd and feel the strength of any program starts with the female. We think this bull offering is a good representation of their abilities to transmit the quality traits we have carefully selected for.
We would invite you to stop and review the bulls prior to the sale at our ranch headquarters in George, Iowa. If you are unable to attend in person, the sale will be broadcast on DV Auction with videos available for your viewing. We will assist with arranging reliable transportation if you are unable to haul your purchases. Free delivery will be provided to central locations as agreed upon by the buyer and seller on all purchases of 3 or more bulls or a total purchase price of $10,000 or more. Bull deliveries will begin shortly after sale completion.

Cattle will sell under the standard terms of American Angus Association.
All bulls selling for $4000 or more will be covered 50% by Moon Creek Farms if they are injured during the first breeding season. Breeding season is defined as the 90 day period following the first turn out of the bulls. All bulls selling for $4000 or more will be given 50% of the purchase price of the injured bull minus the salvage value as credit in a future sale or toward a replacement bull if one is available. All injured bulls must be diagnosed by a veterinarian. Please notify us as soon as possible should injury occur and prior to the injured bull being sold for salvage. A copy of the sales receipt must be received by Moon Creek Farms to receive proper credit.
semen retention
Moon Creek will be retaining 1/3 semen interest in all the bulls selling unless stated otherwise. Buyer will receive full possession and full salvage value.
VOLUME DISCOUNTS
Volume discounts will be offered starting at 3 bulls, 3% and increasing 1% for each additional bull up to 10 bulls for a maximum discount of 10%.
