Welcome to our 10th annual Heim Cattle Company Production Sale. This past year has brought us laughter, grace, and challenges. Building our family on the farm has been so rewarding, but also demanding. The inclement weather sure challenged us, but also showed us how well our cattle can weather any storm. Our team has worked hard to accomplish our goals and maintain our standards. We could not be where we are today without everyone’s support and dedication to our business.
It’s been an exciting 10 years. It seems like yesterday we had our first bull sale. Over the years we have tried to identify genetics that work for our customers all over the country. Since the beginning, HCC bulls have been tested from New York to Idaho, Montana to Texas and everywhere in-between. We could not be more thankful for all of the friends and customers we have made over the last decade in the Angus business and are looking forward to many more. We continue to stay focused on breeding cattle that perform in the pasture, feedlot, on the rail, and also on the plate.
Same as years past, we are giving away a yearling heifer. All kids ages 7 to 16 are eligible to be placed in a drawing where they can win lot 56 heifer . We feel supporting the next generation of farmers is the key to success in this industry.
Our breeding guarantee assures buyers that all cattle sold at Heim Cattle Company will have passed a fertility test and a breeding soundness exam by our veterinarian. All bulls that sell for over $2,500 will be guaranteed for 90 days from the date of the sale. All purchases of bulls can remain on the farm until April 15th free of charge. After April 15th there will be a $2/hd per day charge.
We offer free delivery to Minnesota and all surrounding states. For all bulls purchased outside of Minnesota or surrounding states, we will work with you the best we can to have the bulls delivered to a central location.

TERMS All cattle are sold under the suggested terms and conditions of the American Angus Association.
DELIVERY Free delivery to all buyers in Minnesota and surrounding states. For purchases outside of that area, we will do out best to deliver to a central location. Boarding is free until April 15 and after that there will be a $2/hd per day charge.
GENOMIC TESTING
All of our cattle have been genomically tested using AngusGS powered by Neogen GeneSeek.
GUARANTEE All bulls purchased for $2,500 or more are guaranteed against breeding injury for the first breeding season. Breeding season is defined as the 90-day period following the first turnout of the bulls. Please notify us as soon as possible when an injury occurs and prior to the injured bull being sold for salvage. Credit for the amount of purchase less the salvage value will be given in next year’s bull sale.

The sale will be broadcast live on DVAuction. Please register to bid at least 24 hours in advance of the sale.
