of your home, the Orthodontist that gave your daughter that beautiful smile, the restaurant you regularly visit because of the awesome service and unequaled quality of the food. These hardworking business owners, and their employees, need this kind of feedback. Face it folks, these are tough economic times, and some businesses have cut back on the quality of their products or services. The businesses that are the BEST in their field are those that chose to maintain the high quality of their products or services that made them successful, and found other ways to make ends meet.
