Due to the Covid-19 Crisis, we've had to adapt to the ever changing scenarios that have made the dynamics of celebrating more challenging. To make sure we are providing service to our clients that protects you and our team, we are currently adhering to the standards established by members of the International Caterers Association (ICA) to provide service to all of our clients and their guests. To meet those standards, we are requiring all of our staff to wear physical masks while on duty at an event. As has always been our policy, our team wears gloves while working with clients and guests at their event but we've now required hand sanitizing and more frequent changes of those gloves during the event. A couple things we are asking all of our clients to have or do at their events are: 1) Practice physical distancing whenever possible and require masks where not possible. 2) Set up a hand sanitizing station at the entrance of the event and require all guests to use it along with hand sanitizing stations through out the space. If do not have the resources available, we can assist with setting up and maintaining stations for you. We are asking our clients to at the minimum follow the guidelines established by the state of North Dakota that according to Governor Burgum's office are not just suggestions but are expections for operating. At Hometown Elegance, our product is service excellence. We don't sell catering. We deliver our product of service excellence through catering at the highest levels. Our commitment to hand made products served fresh from the oven, fryer or grill right on site is unwavering even in these challenging times. To make it simpler for our clients to create custom menu's for their events, we are providing sample menus for what actual clients have done at their events. Once we have worked with you to craft the perfect menu to reflect your event style, we will create a proposal reflecting that. The proposal breaks down the event investment by catering, staffing, rentals, and deliver/fees and sales tax. The final total gives you the full investment total to the penny so you know what it will cost going in exactly.
