THE FIRST “C” IS CURB APPEAL.

Any REALTOR® would agree that this is one of the most important first impression that any buyer will have of your home. The home needs to be neat, clean and attractive from the curb to the back fence. Ask yourself these questions: What is your 1st Impression? Is it welcoming, attractive, well maintained? And most important, “Would you buy this house?”

THIS “C” IS REALLY TWO IN ONE, CLUTTER AND CLEANLINESS.

The cleanliness of your home is going to be the first thing a buyer notices when they enter and then how much clutter is around. When selling a home it is on display, it should be in its best condition. You never want a buyer to question if it has been properly maintained.

Volunteers from Las Vegas REALTORS® Team Up to Help Local Homeowner Revitalize His Home

More than 30 members of Las Vegas REALTORS® (LVR) recently teamed up with Rebuilding Together Southern Nevada (RTSNV) to volunteer to help a local homeowner revitalize his aging home in Henderson.

The work was completed May 16 and provided at no cost to Michael, a Henderson native who has a disability and underwent surgery just before LVR’s volunteers helped revitalize his home.

In addition to donating $15,000 to RTSNV, LVR volunteers led by LVR President George Kypreos and LVR Vice President Stephanie Grant spent the day doing maintenance work, including exterior painting, xeriscaping and property and yard cleanup.

The community service project was part of NAR’s REALTOR® Volunteer Days held nationwide from May 10-18. LVR and its members support RTSNV’s mission of transforming the lives of low-income homeowners by rehabilitating homes to improve their overall health and safety and to enhance community pride and property values.
