Info session

Here we’ll explain everything you need to know about construction finance, building costs and the building process itself.

Finance options

After a quick financial health check, our partners, Resolve Finance can explore your borrowing options to find the best home loan solution.

Find your block

Based on your budget and preferred area, we’ll show you the best blocks that suit your lifestyle and needs. Already have land? That’s so fine, we can skip this and move on to the home design!

Select your home

You can then browse and select the perfect home design for your lifestyle and budget. We then provide a siting plan so you can see exactly how your home will fit on your block.

Putting it all together

Once you have found your block, we secure it fast so preliminary works can start. At this stage, Housing Industry Association (HIA) documents need to be prepared for finance approval and your initial deposit is required.

Let’s get started

We give you a New Home Pack to prepare for your colour selections. Within 4-6 weeks, we’ll contact you to arrange your Contract and Colour Appointment where we will run through your HIA Contract and finalise your selections.

Resolve Finance

Your Resolve Finance specialist will meet with you to prepare your formal applications for ‘submission’ in preparation for land settlement and unconditional approval for construction of your brand new home.
