Alexis Kaczensky Fabbri works for Booz Allen Hamilton at the Department of Homeland Security as a communications and new media consultant. An article she wrote for Maryland Life magazine, “Trapeze Time,” will appear as part of the reading comprehension section of the Maryland High School Assessment Exam this year. Alexis lives with her husband, Massimo, and their maltipoo, LuLu, in Washington, DC. Jenny Redfield lives in Baltimore, MD, with her husband, Fred, and their three boys, Jack, age 4, JP, age 2, and Joey, just under a year. Jenny recently graduated from the University of Maryland School of Medicine.

Shannon Pitcher married Eric Van Why on August 7, 2010, at the Chanteclaire Farm in Deep Creek Lake, Maryland, where Shannon’s parents, Jim and Alana, have a vacation home. Shannon and Eric spent their honeymoon on Diamond Island, about 30 miles off of Portland, ME. Jean Zachariasiewicz graduated from Columbia Law School on May 14. After taking the New York bar in July, she will be clerking for the Hon. Myron Thompson in the middle district of Alabama for a year. She’ll then move to Austin, TX, where she will serve as a clerk to the Hon. Fortunato Benavides on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals until mid-2012.

Kate Hannan: katehannan@hotmail.com Rebecca Herron Carey and her husband, Wilson, welcomed a son, Ryan Patrick, into the world on April 15, 2010. Rebecca is currently a co-owner of a small animal veterinary hospital in Charlotte, NC. Alex Alahouzos Dedels and her husband, Dan, adopted their second child, Ryan Ashley, in January. She joined her big brother, Eli, who is almost three. Delia Kurry married Matthew Kampner June 12 in Vergennes, VT. Analia Gonzalez and Amy Faulring attended the wedding, along with Holy Child’s Campus Minister, Ms. Jean Plummer. Ilona Lorincz’s mom, Joan, also attended the wedding. Analia lives in Halifax, Nova Scotia, with her husband, who is from the Canadian province. They met as undergrads at Dalhousie University. Analia works for the IWK Women’s and Children’s Hospital in its Early Intensive Behavioural Intervention Program, which services 3 to 5 year-olds diagnosed on the autism spectrum. She loves Halifax, but misses home and her Holy Child girlfriends.

Lauren Adams is living in Manhattan and recently shot a webseries for WeTv (Women’s Entertainment Television) called Brisal Breakdown. Lauren shot two commercials for regus Office Spaces that was featured on TaxiTV and sang addiotinal vocals on singer/songwriter Luis Terreros’ EP Ecos Lucidoes on the single “Don’t You Know Me” (available on iTunes). Jessica Dillon, Senior Communications Manager at Capital One, offered advice to students at Career Day 2010. Meghan Everngam is Director of Government Affairs at the National Association of Home Builders.

Pierce Resler is Senior Marketing Manager at Transurban; she chimed in on the Sales and Marketing panel at Career Day 2010.

Grace Easby-Smith Weisser: grace.weisser@gmail.com Jessi Williams Frend: jessi.frend@gmail.com Tara Quinn Zancan is finishing up her Certification and Master Degree in Special Education and will be working as the resource teacher at Holy Cross Elementary School in Garrett Park MD, this upcoming school year. She and her husband, Daniel, recently bought a house in Kensington, MD. Grace Easby-Smith married Kevin Weisser on May 14 in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Her attendants included sisters, Catherine (’98), Alicia (’04,) Seton (’09) and Holy Child classmate Jessi Williams Frend. Liz McNamara, Katie Ryan and Meghan Everngam also attended Grace’s wedding. Jessi Williams Frend participated in the Government panel at Career Day 2010 speaking on her role as Government Affairs Advisor at Steptoe and Johnson. Shelley Swendiman, also a Career Day panelist, is the Country Desk Assistant for the Pacific at Peace Corps Headquarters. Michelle Trotter shared her experience as Rockville City Police Officer Third Class at Career Day 2010. Miggs O’Neill is teaching 4th grade at Holy Trinity School in Georgetown.

Jillian Bastow: jbastow@modernluxury.com Meg Bellino: bellinmp@jmu.edu Shannon FitzGerald: dotty554@aol.com Meg Bellino is a Physical Therapist at Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington; she shared those experiences on the Science Medical panel at Career Day. This past April, Sinead Dinkel and her sister Siobhan (’00) took a trip to Ireland, where they were able to meet up with Dorothy (Dot) Chestnutt, who attended Holy Child in Ireland. Dot and Sinead met during the spring of their junior year of high school, in which 16 Irish students came to the States for two weeks and were each assigned an “American” counterpart. Likewise, Sinead, along with 15 other American Holy Child students, headed over to Ireland that summer. Dot and Sinead have kept in touch over the years. Sinead saw her often when she spent a semester abroad in Fall 2010 - Connelly Contact
