Chamber Dedicates Unique Board Room Table

T

he Hollywood Chamber of Commerce has dedicated what is undoubtedly the most unusual conference room table of any chamber of commerce in the country. The table, which features five terrazzo Walk of Fame stars and a black Corian top, was a two-year project and the brainchild of current Chamber Chair of the Board Jeff Zarrinnam. It can seat 28 people. “My idea was to bring the Hollywood Chamber brand to a higher level,” said Zarrinnam. “I thought it was important to use our trademarks, and now people attending meetings will definitely know where they are.” He noted that it is called the “star table” for a reason, as that is where the annual meeting is held to select honorees for the Walk of Fame. All of the financing for the table came through donations from Chamber members. “We are grateful to our many members who believed in Jeff’s vision and helped to make this table a reality,” said Chamber President & CEO Leron Gubler The table was designed by Katy Naghavi of Atelier Katayon Interior Design, who donated her services, and
