With more than 100 lawyers dedicated to the needs of high-net-worth clients, Holland & Knight's Private Wealth Services practice is the largest estate planning group of any law firm in the United States. We are general counsel to high-net-worth individuals; executives of private and public companies; principals of private equity, venture capital and hedge fund firms; family offices; entrepreneurs; celebrities; and owners of closely held businesses and advise them in all aspects of business succession planning and wealth transfer. We are business lawyers first and understand that wealth is built, protected and transferred in multigenerational families via a team effort.
