Credit Card Hold Charge

There will be a $99.75 hold when you link your credit card to your onboard account. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released at the end of the sailing once your final charges are settled.

SeaPass Card Cash Limit

The credit limit for cash SeaPass cards is $500. Once this limit is reached, the account will be deactivated. To reactivate, a cash deposit is needed or simply link a credit card. Visit Guest Services to learn more.

Housekeeping Services Update

In alignment with our sustainability efforts and global hospitality trends, we will be adjusting our stateroom services to 1 time per day. Junior Suites and Suites will maintain 2 services per day. If you have any additional needs, please let your Stateroom Attendant know.

Pool Chairs

Pool deck chairs are only available on a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved. We want to ensure that all guests have a great time at the pool. If a pool chair is left unattended for more than 30 minutes with no signs of any guests returning, our crew will remove any belongings and place them in the lost and found.

IMPORTANT IMMIGRATION INFORMATION

Day 1: Singapore – Monday, July 31st

For immigration purposes, the passports of all guests will be collected at the time of boarding. Luggage Delivery: Our team is doing everything we can to make your luggage delivery as fast as possible. With over 8,000 pieces of luggage, our luggage delivery can be as late as 8:00 pm. We appreciate your patience.

Day 2: At Sea – Tuesday, August 1st

Guests with a valid Vietnamese visa and visa-free nationalities, will receive their landing cards in their stateroom on August 1st. If you do not receive your landing card by 8:00 pm on August 1st, please contact Guest Services. Guests are required to carry their SeaPass card and Vietnam Landing Card when going ashore in Vietnam. If you do not hold a valid Vietnam visa you will not receive any landing card.

Visiting Macau or Shenzhen from Hong Kong (deadline 6:00 pm on August 1st)

Guests wishing to visit Macau, Shenzhen, or other cities outside Hong Kong on August 4th and 5th; need to register latest by 6:00 pm on August 1 at Guest Services, Deck 4, mid. Hong Kong’s immigration requires information ahead of time and will not be able to process any late request. Separate immigration instructions will be provided to you prior to reaching Hong Kong.

Day 3: Nha Trang, Vietnam – Wednesday, August 2nd

All passports will be stamped by Vietnamese Immigration, Guests presence is not required. Guests going ashore in Vietnam need to carry Vietnamese Landing Card and SeaPass Card. Vietnamese Immigration Officers will stamp each landing card at gangway.

All Vietnamese Landing Cards need to be returned to immigration before the ship departs Nha Trang. Landing cards will be collected at the gangway when returning to the ship. Drop Boxes are available at the gangways for collection. Any guests remaining onboard in Nha Trang, need to return the landing cards latest by 4:00 pm at Guest Services Desk, on Deck 4, mid.

Day 5: Hong Kong, China – Friday, August 4th

Guests going ashore in Hong Kong need to carry photo ID (digital or paper copy) and SeaPass card. Guests visiting Macau or Shenzhen need to follow separate instruction for ashore requirements. Guests can go ashore and return at their leisure during the overnight stay.

Day 6: Hong Kong, China – Saturday, August 5th

Guests going ashore in Hong Kong need to carry photo ID (digital or paper copy) and SeaPass card. Guests visiting Macau or Shenzhen need to follow separate instruction for immigration requirements prior to ship departure.

IMPORTANT IMMIGRATION INFORMATION

Day 7: At Sea –Sunday, August 6th

All passports will be stamped by Taiwanese Immigration, Guests presence is not required. Guests with a valid Taiwanese visa and visa-free nationalities, will receive their passport copy stamped by Immigration in their stateroom between 4:30pm and 5:30pm. If you do not receive your passport copy stamped by Immigration by 7:00 pm, please contact Guest Services. Guests are required to carry their SeaPass card and stamped passport copy when going ashore in Keelung. Taiwanese Immigration will not reissue any stamped passport copy in case damaged or misplaced.

Day 8: Taipei (Keelung) – Monday, August 7th

Guests going ashore in Keelung need to carry passport copy stamped by Immigration and SeaPass card. Taiwanese Immigration Officers will inspect face to face each stamped passport copy at the gangway. Guests from China, Hong Kong and Macau need to follow separate instruction for ashore requirements.

Day 10: At Sea- Wednesday, August 9th

We will be distributing all passports along with Japanese immigration tickets between 2:30 pm and 4:00 pm. Passports distribution will be by midship stairwell on each deck. Separate communication will be sent prior with detailed instructions. Guests will find inside the passport Japanese Arrival Card (per person) and one Japanese Customs Declaration (per family). All forms need to be duly filled prior to proceed ashore in Kobe.

Day 11: Kobe, Japan – Thursday, August 10th

All guests are required by Japanese Authorities to go through a mandatory Faceto-Face Immigration Inspection. This inspection is mandatory to all guests, even if they are planning to stay onboard. ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account directly on our App, or by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Credit Card Hold Charge

Day 1: Singapore – Monday, July 31st

For immigration purposes, the passports of all guests will be collected at the time of boarding. Luggage Delivery: Our team is doing everything we can to make your luggage delivery as fast as possible. With over 8,000 pieces of luggage, our luggage delivery can be as late as 8:00 pm. We appreciate your patience.

Day 2: At Sea – Tuesday, August 1st

Guests with a valid Vietnamese visa and visa-free nationalities, will receive their landing cards in their stateroom on August 1st. If you do not receive your landing card by 8:00 pm on August 1st, please contact Guest Services. Guests are required to carry their SeaPass card and Vietnam Landing Card when going ashore in Vietnam. If you do not hold a valid Vietnam visa you will not receive any landing card. Visiting Macau or Shenzhen from Hong Kong (deadline 6:00 pm on August 1st)

Guests wishing to visit Macau, Shenzhen, or other cities outside Hong Kong on August 4th and 5th; need to register latest by 6:00 pm on August 1 at Guest Services, Deck 4, mid. Hong Kong’s immigration requires information ahead of time and will not be able to process any late request. Separate immigration instructions will be provided to you prior to reaching Hong Kong.

Day 3: Nha Trang, Vietnam – Wednesday, August 2nd

All passports will be stamped by Vietnamese Immigration, Guests presence is not required. Guests going ashore in Vietnam need to carry Vietnamese Landing Card and SeaPass Card. Vietnamese Immigration Officers will stamp each landing card at gangway.

All Vietnamese Landing Cards need to be returned to immigration before the ship departs Nha Trang. Landing cards will be collected at the gangway when returning to the ship. Drop Boxes are available at the gangways for collection. Any guests remaining onboard in Nha Trang, need to return the landing cards latest by 4:00 pm at Guest Services Desk, on Deck 4, mid.

Day 5: Hong Kong, China – Friday, August 4th

Guests going ashore in Hong Kong need to carry photo ID (digital or paper copy) and SeaPass card. Guests visiting Macau or Shenzhen need to follow separate instruction for ashore requirements. Guests can go ashore and return at their leisure during the overnight stay.

Day 6: Hong Kong, China – Saturday, August 5th

Guests going ashore in Hong Kong need to carry photo ID (digital or paper copy) and SeaPass card. Guests visiting Macau or Shenzhen need to follow separate instruction for immigration requirements prior to ship departure.

IMPORTANT IMMIGRATION INFORMATION

Day 7: At Sea –Sunday, August 6th

All passports will be stamped by Taiwanese Immigration, Guests presence is not required. Guests with a valid Taiwanese visa and visa-free nationalities, will receive their passport copy stamped by Immigration in their stateroom between 4:30pm and 5:30pm. If you do not receive your passport copy stamped by Immigration by 7:00 pm, please contact Guest Services. Guests are required to carry their SeaPass card and stamped passport copy when going ashore in Keelung. Taiwanese Immigration will not reissue any stamped passport copy in case damaged or misplaced.

Day 8: Taipei (Keelung) – Monday, August 7th

Guests going ashore in Keelung need to carry passport copy stamped by Immigration and SeaPass card. Taiwanese Immigration Officers will inspect face to face each stamped passport copy at the gangway. Guests from China, Hong Kong and Macau need to follow separate instruction for ashore requirements.

Day 10: At Sea- Wednesday, August 9th

We will be distributing all passports along with Japanese immigration tickets between 2:30 pm and 4:00 pm. Passports distribution will be by midship stairwell on each deck. Separate communication will be sent prior with detailed instructions. Guests will find inside the passport Japanese Arrival Card (per person) and one Japanese Customs Declaration (per family). All forms need to be duly filled prior to proceed ashore in Kobe.

Day 11: Kobe, Japan – Thursday, August 10th

All guests are required by Japanese Authorities to go through a mandatory Faceto-Face Immigration Inspection. This inspection is mandatory to all guests, even if they are planning to stay onboard. Inspection will be ashore in the cruise terminal between 7:30 am and 11:00 am based on the Japanese Immigration ticket. All guests need to carry below while going ashore.

Going Ashore via Tender

Crewmembers will guide you when entering and leaving the tenders. Always follow their instructions. Please remain seated in the tender until disembarkation begins and a crew member has indicated it is safe for you to stand.

Transfers (Airports and Downtown)

Guests can purchase transfer tickets to the following locations: Narita Airport (1.5 hours drive - for flights after 2:00 pm) $75.95, Haneda Airport (45 minutes drive - for flights after 1:00 pm) $ 50.95, Tokyo Downtown Train Station (1 hour drive) $61.00. Request your transfer directly on the Royal Caribbean App or visit Guest Services. Ticket sales close at 6:00 pm on August 8.

TV, Internet and ATM Temporary Outage

Due to the satellite connection and our position, you may experience broadcast TV, Internet, and ATM connectivity issues temporarily. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Pool Chairs

Pool deck chairs are only available on a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved. We want to ensure that all guests have a great time at the pool. If a pool chair is left unattended for more than 30 minutes with no signs of any guests returning, our crew will remove any belongings and place them in the lost and found.

Port Advisory

For your safety and comfort ashore, we highly recommend you secure all valuables while enjoying our Ports of Call. Avoid wearing excessive jewelry or carrying large sums of cash with you.

Immigration Tip of the Day

To go ashore in Vietnam, please have your Vietnam Landing Card and SeaPass Card with you. All guests are required to present their personal landing card to the Vietnamese immigration officers stationed at the gangway. Your cards will be stamped prior to going ashore.

TIPS FOR TENDERING IN NHA TRANG, VIETNAM

In Nha Trang, the ship will be at anchor and all guests are required to use tender boats to go ashore. Tendering can be a lengthy process. If you use a wheelchair or a scooter you need to be able to walk a few steps to board and depart the tenders. We kindly ask for your patience and cooperation to get all our guests ashore safely.

•You do not need to collect any tender ticket as your seapass card will be sufficient.

•You need to proceed to the Music Hall lounge, on deck 3, forward, anytime between 7:30 am and 10:30 am

IMPORTANT IMMIGRATION INFORMATION

Day 2: At Sea – Tuesday, August 1st

Guests with a valid Vietnamese visa and visa-free nationalities, will receive their landing cards in their stateroom on August 1st. If you do not receive your landing card by 8:00 pm on August 1st, please contact Guest Services. Guests are required to carry their SeaPass card and Vietnam Landing Card when going ashore in Vietnam. If you do not hold a valid Vietnam visa you will not receive any landing card.

Visiting Macau or Shenzhen from Hong Kong (deadline 6:00 pm on August 1st)

Guests wishing to visit Macau, Shenzhen, or other cities outside Hong Kong on August 4th and 5th; need to register latest by 6:00 pm on August 1 at Guest Services, Deck 4, mid. Hong Kong’s immigration requires information ahead of time and will not be able to process any late request. Separate immigration instructions will be provided to you prior to reaching Hong Kong.

Day 3: Nha Trang, Vietnam – Wednesday, August 2nd

All passports will be stamped by Vietnamese Immigration, Guests presence is not required. Guests going ashore in Vietnam need to carry Vietnamese Landing Card and SeaPass Card. Vietnamese Immigration Officers will stamp each landing card at gangway.

All Vietnamese Landing Cards need to be returned to immigration before the ship departs Nha Trang. Landing cards will be collected at the gangway when returning to the ship. Drop Boxes are available at the gangways for collection. Any guests remaining onboard in Nha Trang, need to return the landing cards latest by 4:00 pm at Guest Services Desk, on Deck 4, mid.

Day 5: Hong Kong, China – Friday, August 4th

Guests going ashore in Hong Kong need to carry photo ID (digital or paper copy) and SeaPass card. Guests visiting Macau or Shenzhen need to follow separate instruction for ashore requirements. Guests can go ashore and return at their leisure during the overnight stay.

Day 6: Hong Kong, China – Saturday, August 5th

Guests going ashore in Hong Kong need to carry photo ID (digital or paper copy) and SeaPass card. Guests visiting Macau or Shenzhen need to follow separate instruction for immigration requirements prior to ship departure.

IMPORTANT IMMIGRATION INFORMATION

Day 7: At Sea –Sunday, August 6th

All passports will be stamped by Taiwanese Immigration, Guests presence is not required. Guests with a valid Taiwanese visa and visa-free nationalities, will receive their passport copy stamped by Immigration in their stateroom between 4:30pm and 5:30pm. If you do not receive your passport copy stamped by Immigration by 7:00 pm, please contact Guest Services. Guests are required to carry their SeaPass card and stamped passport copy when going ashore in Keelung. Taiwanese Immigration will not reissue any stamped passport copy in case damaged or misplaced.

Day 8: Taipei (Keelung) – Monday, August 7th

Guests going ashore in Keelung need to carry passport copy stamped by Immigration and SeaPass card. Taiwanese Immigration Officers will inspect face to face each stamped passport copy at the gangway. Guests from China, Hong Kong and Macau need to follow separate instruction for ashore requirements.

Day 10: At Sea- Wednesday, August 9th

We will be distributing all passports along with Japanese immigration tickets between 2:30 pm and 4:00 pm. Passports distribution will be by midship stairwell on each deck. Separate communication will be sent prior with detailed instructions. Guests will find inside the passport Japanese Arrival Card (per person) and one Japanese Customs Declaration (per family). All forms need to be duly filled prior to proceed ashore in Kobe.

Day 11: Kobe, Japan – Thursday, August 10th

All guests are required by Japanese Authorities to go through a mandatory Faceto-Face Immigration Inspection. This inspection is mandatory to all guests, even if they are planning to stay onboard. Inspection will be ashore in the cruise terminal between 7:30 am and 11:00 am based on the Japanese Immigration ticket. All guests need to carry below while going ashore.

1. Original passport along with Japanese Arrival card (one per person)

2. Your SeaPass card.

3. Completed Japanese Customs Declaration Form, (one per family)

4. Japanese Immigration Ticket.

Day 12: Mt Fuji (Shimizu), Japan – Friday, August 11th

Guests going ashore in Mt Fuji (Shimizu) need to carry original passport and SeaPass card.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account directly on our App, or by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

DINING Specialty Dining Reservations

Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial 7000 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with host.

Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial 7000 from your stateroom phone.

How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $16.00 gratuity ($18.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest’s onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Credit Card Hold Charge

In Nha Trang, the ship will be at anchor and all guests are required to use tender boats to go ashore. Tendering can be a lengthy process. Drop Boxes are available at the gangways for collection. Any guests remaining onboard in Nha Trang, need to return the landing cards latest by 4:00 pm at Guest Services Desk, on Deck 4, mid.

Day 5: Hong Kong, China – Friday, August 4th

Guests going ashore in Hong Kong need to carry photo ID (digital or paper copy) and SeaPass card. Guests visiting Macau or Shenzhen need to follow separate instruction for ashore requirements. Guests can go ashore and return at their leisure during the overnight stay.

If you do not receive your passport copy stamped by Immigration by 7:00 pm, please contact Guest Services. Guests are required to carry their SeaPass card and stamped passport copy when going ashore in Keelung. Taiwanese Immigration will not reissue any stamped passport copy in case damaged or misplaced.

Day 8: Taipei (Keelung) – Monday, August 7th

Guests going ashore in Keelung need to carry passport copy stamped by Immigration and SeaPass card. Taiwanese Immigration Officers will inspect face to face each stamped passport copy at the gangway. Guests from China, Hong Kong and Macau need to follow separate instruction for ashore requirements.

Day 10: At Sea- Wednesday, August 9th

We will be distributing all passports along with Japanese immigration tickets between 2:30 pm and 4:00 pm. Passports distribution will be by midship stairwell on each deck. Separate communication will be sent prior with detailed instructions. Guests will find inside the passport Japanese Arrival Card (per person) and one Japanese Customs Declaration (per family). All forms need to be duly filled prior to proceed ashore in Kobe.

Day 11: Kobe, Japan – Thursday, August 10th

All guests are required by Japanese Authorities to go through a mandatory Faceto-Face Immigration Inspection. This inspection is mandatory to all guests, even if they are planning to stay onboard. Inspection will be ashore in the cruise terminal between 7:30 am and 11:00 am based on the Japanese Immigration ticket. All guests need to carry below while going ashore.

1. Original passport along with Japanese Arrival card (one per person)

2. Your SeaPass card.

3. Completed Japanese Customs Declaration Form, (one per family)

4. Japanese Immigration Ticket.

Day 12: Mt Fuji (Shimizu), Japan – Friday, August 11th

Guests going ashore in Mt Fuji (Shimizu) need to carry original passport and SeaPass card.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account directly on our App, or by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Day 3: Nha Trang, Vietnam – Wednesday, August 2nd

All passports will be stamped by Vietnamese Immigration, Guests presence is not required. Guests going ashore in Vietnam need to carry Vietnamese Landing Card and SeaPass Card. Vietnamese Immigration Officers will stamp each landing card at gangway.

All Vietnamese Landing Cards need to be returned to immigration before the ship departs Nha Trang. Landing cards will be collected at the gangway when returning to the ship. Drop Boxes are available at the gangways for collection. Any guests remaining onboard in Nha Trang, need to return the landing cards latest by 4:00 pm at Guest Services Desk, on Deck 4, mid.

Day 5: Hong Kong, China – Friday, August 4th

Guests going ashore in Hong Kong need to carry photo ID (digital or paper copy) and SeaPass card. Guests visiting Macau or Shenzhen need to follow separate instruction for ashore requirements. Guests can go ashore and return at their leisure during the overnight stay.

Day 6: Hong Kong, China – Saturday, August 5th

Guests going ashore in Hong Kong need to carry photo ID (digital or paper copy) and SeaPass card. Guests visiting Macau or Shenzhen need to follow separate instruction for immigration requirements prior to ship departure.

IMPORTANT IMMIGRATION INFORMATION

Day 7: At Sea –Sunday, August 6th

All passports will be stamped by Taiwanese Immigration, Guests presence is not required. Guests with a valid Taiwanese visa and visa-free nationalities, will receive their passport copy stamped by Immigration in their stateroom between 4:30pm and 5:30 pm. If you do not receive your passport copy stamped by Immigration by 7:00 pm, please contact Guest Services. Guests are required to carry their SeaPass card and stamped passport copy when going ashore in Keelung. Taiwanese Immigration will not reissue any stamped passport copy in case damaged or misplaced.

Day 8: Taipei (Keelung) – Monday, August 7th

Guests going ashore in Keelung need to carry passport copy stamped by Immigration and SeaPass card. Taiwanese Immigration Officers will inspect face to face each stamped passport copy at the gangway. Guests from China, Hong Kong and Macau need to follow separate instruction for ashore requirements.

Day 10: At Sea- Wednesday, August 9th

We will be distributing all passports along with Japanese immigration tickets between 2:30 pm and 4:00 pm. Passports distribution will be by midship stairwell on each deck. Separate communication will be sent prior with detailed instructions. Guests will find inside the passport Japanese Arrival Card (per person) and one Japanese Customs Declaration (per family). All forms need to be duly filled prior to proceed ashore in Kobe.

Day 11: Kobe, Japan – Thursday, August 10th

All guests are required by Japanese Authorities to go through a mandatory Faceto-Face Immigration Inspection. This inspection is mandatory to all guests, even if they are planning to stay onboard. Inspection will be ashore in the cruise terminal between 7:30 am and 11:00 am based on the Japanese Immigration ticket. All guests need to carry below while going ashore.

1. Original passport along with Japanese Arrival card (one per person)

2. Your SeaPass card.

3. Completed Japanese Customs Declaration Form, (one per family)

4. Japanese Immigration Ticket.

Day 12: Mt Fuji (Shimizu), Japan – Friday, August 11th

Guests going ashore in Mt Fuji (Shimizu) need to carry original passport and SeaPass card.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. IMPORTANT IMMIGRATION INFORMATION

Day 7: At Sea –Sunday, August 6th

All passports will be stamped by Taiwanese Immigration, Guests presence is not required. Guests with a valid Taiwanese visa and visa-free nationalities, will receive their passport copy stamped by Immigration in their stateroom between 4:30pm and 5:30 pm. If you do not receive your passport copy stamped by Immigration by 7:00 pm, please contact Guest Services. Guests are required to carry their SeaPass card and stamped passport copy when going ashore in Keelung. Taiwanese Immigration will not reissue any stamped passport copy in case damaged or misplaced.

Day 8: Taipei (Keelung) – Monday, August 7th

Guests going ashore in Keelung need to carry passport copy stamped by Immigration and SeaPass card. Taiwanese Immigration Officers will inspect face to face each stamped passport copy at the gangway. Guests from China, Hong Kong and Macau need to follow separate instruction for ashore requirements.

Day 10: At Sea- Wednesday, August 9th

We will be distributing all passports along with Japanese immigration tickets between 2:30 pm and 4:00 pm. Passports distribution will be by midship stairwell on each deck. Separate communication will be sent prior with detailed instructions. Guests will find inside the passport Japanese Arrival Card (per person) and one Japanese Customs Declaration (per family). All forms need to be duly filled prior to proceed ashore in Kobe.

Day 11: Kobe, Japan – Thursday, August 10th

All guests are required by Japanese Authorities to go through a mandatory Faceto-Face Immigration Inspection. This inspection is mandatory to all guests, even if they are planning to stay onboard. Inspection will be ashore in the cruise terminal between 7:30 am and 11:00 am based on the Japanese Immigration ticket. All guests need to carry below while going ashore.

1. Original passport along with Japanese Arrival card (one per person)

2. Your SeaPass card.

3. Completed Japanese Customs Declaration Form, (one per family)

4. Japanese Immigration Ticket.

Day 12: Mt Fuji (Shimizu), Japan – Friday, August 11th

Guests going ashore in Mt Fuji (Shimizu) need to carry original passport and SeaPass card.

TIPS FOR PASSPORT DISTRIBUTION, DAY 10, AT SEA, AUGUST 9TH

All guests are required to collect back their passport in preparation for the mandatory Immigration Inspection upon arrival in Kobe, Japan

• Bring your SeaPass card. A designated family member is only required to collect the passports for all the family please have all the SeaPass cards of the respective family members with you.

TIPS FOR MANDATORY JAPANESE IMMIGRATION ON AUGUST 10TH

In accordance with Japanese Law, all guests onboard must go through a “Face to Face” and passport inspection upon arrival in Japan. This inspection is mandatory to ALL guests, even if you are planning to stay onboard.

What do I need to do with Immigration Ticket?

• You need to collect an Immigration ticket during passport distribution on August 9th.

• Tickets will be issued at your designated passport distribution venue from 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm.

• Keep your ticket for Kobe to proceed to Immigration on August 10th.

• Immigration Tickets will be issued on a first come first served basis.

• If you plan to stay onboard, please collect Group 7 Immigration tickets.

What do I need to do for Japanese Immigration on August 10th on arrival?

• Bring your Passport, SeaPass card, Immigration Ticket and the Japanese Immigration Card and Customs Form filled out.

• All guests need to proceed to Immigration even if you plan to stay on board.

• All guests will undergo a mandatory thermal camera screening as you proceed ashore.

• Failure to proceed to Immigration may result in fines.

Guests will be allowed to return to the ship only when the process is completed. These are approx. times which can changed based on Japanese Immigration request.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account directly on our App, or by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

DINING Specialty Dining Reservations

Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial 7000 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with host.

Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial 7000 from your stateroom phone.

How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $16.00 gratuity ($18.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest’s onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

IMPORTANT IMMIGRATION INFORMATION

Day 7: At Sea –Sunday, August 6th

All passports will be stamped by Taiwanese Immigration, Guests presence is not required. Guests with a valid Taiwanese visa and visa-free nationalities, will receive their passport copy stamped by Immigration in their stateroom between 4:30pm and 5:30 pm. If you do not receive your passport copy stamped by Immigration by 7:00 pm, please contact Guest Services. Guests are required to carry their SeaPass card and stamped passport copy when going ashore in Keelung. Taiwanese Immigration will not reissue any stamped passport copy in case damaged or misplaced.

Day 8: Taipei (Keelung) – Monday, August 7th

Guests going ashore in Keelung need to carry passport copy stamped by Immigration and SeaPass card. Taiwanese Immigration Officers will inspect face to face each stamped passport copy at the gangway. Guests from China, Hong Kong and Macau need to follow separate instruction for ashore requirements.

Day 10: At Sea- Wednesday, August 9th

We will be distributing all passports along with Japanese immigration tickets between 2:30 pm and 4:00 pm. Passports distribution will be by midship stairwell on each deck. Separate communication will be sent prior with detailed instructions. Guests will find inside the passport Japanese Arrival Card (per person) and one Japanese Customs Declaration (per family). All forms need to be duly filled prior to proceed ashore in Kobe.

Day 11: Kobe, Japan – Thursday, August 10th

All guests are required by Japanese Authorities to go through a mandatory Faceto-Face Immigration Inspection. This inspection is mandatory to all guests, even if they are planning to stay onboard. Inspection will be ashore in the cruise terminal between 7:30 am and 11:00 am based on the Japanese Immigration ticket. All guests need to carry below while going ashore.

1. Original passport along with Japanese Arrival card (one per person)

2. Your SeaPass card.

3. Completed Japanese Customs Declaration Form, (one per family)

4. Japanese Immigration Ticket.

Day 12: Mt Fuji (Shimizu), Japan – Friday, August 11th

Guests going ashore in Mt Fuji (Shimizu) need to carry original passport and SeaPass card.

TIPS FOR PASSPORT DISTRIBUTION, DAY 10, AT SEA, AUGUST 9TH

All guests are required to collect back their passport in preparation for the mandatory Immigration Inspection upon arrival in Kobe, Japan

• Bring your SeaPass card. A designated family member is only required to collect the passports for all the family please have all the SeaPass cards of the respective family members with you.

TIPS FOR MANDATORY JAPANESE IMMIGRATION ON AUGUST 10TH

In accordance with Japanese Law, all guests onboard must go through a “Face to Face” and passport inspection upon arrival in Japan. This inspection is mandatory to ALL guests, even if you are planning to stay onboard.

What do I need to do with Immigration Ticket?

• You need to collect an Immigration ticket during passport distribution on August 9th.

• Tickets will be issued at your designated passport distribution venue from 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm.

• Keep your ticket for Kobe to proceed to Immigration on August 10th.

• Immigration Tickets will be issued on a first come first served basis.

• If you plan to stay onboard, please collect Group 7 Immigration tickets.

What do I need to do for Japanese Immigration on August 10th on arrival?

• Bring your Passport, SeaPass card, Immigration Ticket and the Japanese Immigration Card and Customs Form filled out.

• All guests need to proceed to Immigration even if you plan to stay on board.

• All guests will undergo a mandatory thermal camera screening as you proceed ashore.

• Failure to proceed to Immigration may result in fines.

Guests will be allowed to return to the ship only when the process is completed. These are approx. times which can changed based on Japanese Immigration request.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account directly on our App, or by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

DINING Specialty Dining Reservations

Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial 7000 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with host.

Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial 7000 from your stateroom phone.

How much are gratuities?

Day 7: At Sea –Sunday, August 6th

All passports will be stamped by Taiwanese Immigration, Guests presence is not required. Guests with a valid Taiwanese visa and visa-free nationalities, will receive their passport copy stamped by Immigration in their stateroom between 4:30pm and 5:30 pm. If you do not receive your passport copy stamped by Immigration by 7:00 pm, please contact Guest Services. Guests are required to carry their SeaPass card and stamped passport copy when going ashore in Keelung. Taiwanese Immigration will not reissue any stamped passport copy in case damaged or misplaced.

Day 8: Taipei (Keelung) – Monday, August 7th

Guests going ashore in Keelung need to carry passport copy stamped by Immigration and SeaPass card. Taiwanese Immigration Officers will inspect face to face each stamped passport copy at the gangway. Guests from China, Hong Kong and Macau need to follow separate instruction for ashore requirements.

Day 10: At Sea- Wednesday, August 9th

We will be distributing all passports along with Japanese immigration tickets between 2:30 pm and 4:00 pm. Passports distribution will be by midship stairwell on each deck. Separate communication will be sent prior with detailed instructions. Guests will find inside the passport Japanese Arrival Card (per person) and one Japanese Customs Declaration (per family). All forms need to be duly filled prior to proceed ashore in Kobe.

Day 11: Kobe, Japan – Thursday, August 10th

All guests are required by Japanese Authorities to go through a mandatory Faceto-Face Immigration Inspection. This inspection is mandatory to all guests, even if they are planning to stay onboard. Inspection will be ashore in the cruise terminal between 7:30 am and 11:00 am based on the Japanese Immigration ticket. All guests need to carry below while going ashore.

1. Original passport along with Japanese Arrival card (one per person)

2. Your SeaPass card.

3. Completed Japanese Customs Declaration Form, (one per family)

4. Japanese Immigration Ticket.

Day 12: Mt Fuji (Shimizu), Japan – Friday, August 11th

Guests going ashore in Mt Fuji (Shimizu) need to carry original passport and SeaPass card.

What do I need to do with Immigration Ticket?

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account directly on our App, or by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $16.00 gratuity ($18.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest’s onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial 7000 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with host.

Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial 7000 from your stateroom phone.

The evening before departure, you will receive the Tips for and early departure flyer in your stateroom. The flyer details all the information you need to know for departure.

How To Purchase Internet Packages

Purchase Internet packages from your device! Simply connect to the shipboard Wi-Fi network Wi-Fi-Guest-Spectrum and open your web browser to view available packages for your sailing. Trouble connecting? Ensure your device is in AIRPLANE MODE and turn your Wi-Fi ON and connect to [WiFi-Guest-Spectrum]. On the popup, click “Access Internet” or type login.com in your web browser. For additional assistance, visit our VOOM Internet Service Desk on Deck 5 or dial 1950 on your stateroom phone.

GRATUITIES

How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $16.00 gratuity ($18.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest’s onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Lost and Found

Please alert Guest Services prior to your departure if you have lost or misplaced any items during your cruise. You can use www.chargerback.com to report lost items after you leave the ship. All unreported items of value will be held for 30 days.
