Kathy Hall is a native Houstonian who earned her BA in Managerial Studies from Rice University. She has the privilege to serve as the Industry Co-Chair of the Houston Postal Customer Council and the Industry Co-chair of the Marketing and Communications Committee for the Headquarter USPS National Postal Customer Advisory Committee. Active within the Houston Minority Supplier Development Council (HMSDC) as the Vice-Chair of the MBEIC, she also participates on the HMSDC EXPO Marketing Sub-Committee as well as the Supplier Bridge Sub-Committee and was the past Chair of the Supplier Bridge Sub-Committee. ATime4Markerting was created because Kathy wanted to continue the work she did for over 20 years with USPS HQ Marketing as a Sr. Sales Executive providing consultative direct mail marketing solutions to major corporations. She likes to say that "AT4M takes the pain and hassle out of direct mail marketing - she is your USPS connection!".
