Strategic Revenew Solutions, PLLC was established in 2020 by Felicia Clement Felicia is a wellcredentialed executive with more than 20 years of operational accounting experience in industries ranging from oil and gas, construction, financial services, hospitality, and insurance

She started the business with a mission is to serve as a partner to her clients to develop strategies for long term revenue and margin growth through sound operational accounting processes, compliance, and tax services for micro, small and mid-size businesses. Felicia earned her master’s degree with a finance concentration from University of Houston- Victoria and a bachelor’s degree with an accounting concentration from The George Washington University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with an active license and a member of the AICPA, Texas Society of CPAs, and the Colorado Society of CPAs.

Felicia’s interest in accounting started in high school and soon became her passion Building her career from the ground up, she started working in accounts receivable and accounts payable intern with Blue Cross and Blue Shield while in college to landing a coveted management trainee position with Choice Hotels after graduation She experienced continued career advancement in the corporate arena, holding positions from Controller to Director of Finance for business units ranging from $25M-$200M

In addition to her exemplary career and professional achievements, Felicia is determined to give back to the accounting profession by encouraging middle and high school students to pursue a degree in Accounting. She also works with women entrepreneurs to develop and execute sound financial practices in their businesses
