Since 2007, Technikos Information Development, LLC has specialized in developing, revising, and editing business documentation such as proposals, user guides, SOPs, processes, and procedures. We bring a methodology to technical writing, acting as an "interpreter" between the subject matter experts and the intended audiences.

Ora Gibson is a competent, reliable technical communicator who understands what it takes from every aspect to produce and deliver quality business documents because of her 25-plus years of experience as both a technical writer and documentation project manager. She adds value by leveraging best practices from her broadcast journalism background, gathering all the necessary information to deliver the right content and ensuring it gets to the point quickly.

Outside of Technikos, Ora volunteers with LifeGift to bring awareness to organ donation and transplantation and serves on the Board of the Heart Exchange Support and the Board of the Partnership for Baylor College of Medicine.
