THIS IS OUR COMPANY PROFILE In the first section, we have written a few words about CS Accommodation A/S to give you an insight into our background, values and work ethic. Then you will read about what we do. It is a description of what we can do for our customers when undertaking a project as well as walkthrough of our products and services. To substantiate the above, you will find a few of our references and an overview of certifications. Finally, you can get a more in-depth knowledge of our values, what they mean and how we implement them.

CS ACCOMMODATION We upgrade accommodation modules, thereby improving living and working conditions for employees in the offshoreand marine industry. We offer high quality work and timely delivery – simply and efficiently. CS Accommodation A/S was founded and is currently based in Energy Metropolis Esbjerg, Denmark. Beyond benefitting from having the entire offshore industry in our backyard, CS Accommodation A/S is, in many ways, a traditional Esbjerg company: we believe in good craftsmanship, quality work, flexibility and good customer service – values that are a natural part of good working procedures for us. Being locally based does not, however, mean that our work is limited to Esbjerg – far from it. We work wherever the rigs are, which is why we have carried out work in places as far afield as Norway and Portugal, Nigeria, The Gulf of Mexico, China and Qatar.

At CS Accommodation A/S we are able handle a project from its initial planning to the final handover, regardless of the size and scope of the project. We can undertake roles such as project manager, advisor, foreman and craftsmen – but most importantly, we would like to share our many years of experience and expertise on life as an offshore or marine employee from the planning phase onwards. We know what works and what it takes to find a solution that works in practice. When we undertake renovations offshore, we send out experienced employees who are familiar with an offshore workplace. They are experts at being ‘invisible’ tradesmen, who can adapt to the working conditions on the rig – and should unforeseen damage occur or additional work be necessary, our employees possess the experience and the vision to create sustainable solutions that do not require additional deliveries from land.

UNDERTAKING A PROJECT When undertaking a project, we carefully consider both the quotation and the customer by making a thorough risk evaluation. This evaluation decides whether it is a project we can execute to the customer’s statisfaction. If so, we move on to tender review. Here, we make sure that the scope of the project is consistent with the practical needs of employees offshore. If there are any issues, these are dealt with during a contract review with the customer. After signing the contract, we move on to the planning stage; ensuring the required workforce, ordering of materials, hiring subcontractors and so on. This takes us to the project execution, i.e. construction and installation.

When the project execution is finished, we make a technical a commercial closeout. We test and quality control the work and materials one final time before making the handover. The handover includes a walkthrough of our work and leads to the final acceptance. Once the project is finished, we evaluate on the project on lessons learned and customer satisfaction.
