WHAT’S HAPPENING?

We have been busy in the month of November. We are continuing to learn about money, investments etc., in our newly renovated Financial Lab. We are a little behind in our celebrations for the best pumpkin painting contest, but we have winners! The closer we get to the Holidays; we begin to think about the less fortunate. It isn’t just about us, but others are just as important. We created flyers to collect canned goods to donate to the soup kitchen. We are collecting coats to keep people warm as the weather becomes colder. The students enjoyed a warm day outside, earlier in the month, so we took advantage and went to the local park and played tag. We went bowling at Lakewood Lanes, where we bowled and ate pizza. The kids had a great time showing off their skills. We have begun painting our Christmas Ornaments for our Christmas tree. The LACE students were a little nervous about taking guitar classes and after two sessions they are almost done with their first song. They sound great! Justin from Fitness Fury had the kids working out hard, but they got through it. Most importantly, we enjoyed a very nice Thanksgiving Dinner together.
