A. Most of us do not masticate (chew our food well enough). Saliva is enzymes that break proteins into amino acids carbohydrates into simple sugars and healthy fats into essential fatty acids. You also must consider when transitioning from a poor diet that the body requires time to begin functioning the way it was meant to be before you filled it with junk food, flesh, and milk from another species. For the average person, it is 1 year ; for those who have been real abusers, up to 3 years. Ingredients:

3 cups of shelled sunflower seeds, soaked and rinsed  ½ cup of water ¼ cup of fresh lemon juice 1 ½ tablespoons of Bragg Liquid Aminos (or to taste) You can substitute with kelp, dulse, or green salt if desired

Other Ingredients

1 cup of celery, diced ½ cup of white onion, diced

Process in a food processor with an ‘S’ blade until thick and creamy

Place the mixture in a large bowl

Mix in celery and onion (or to taste)

Eight years ago, I was diagnosed with ductal carcinoma in my breast. Conventional doctors quickly recommended aggressive surgery and chemotherapy, but something deep inside told me there was another way.
