Consciousness has been discussed pondered and challenged since the dawn of so-called “civilization.” Most of these ideas comes from the societal restrictive concepts and ideologies that impose limitations. For this reason, there is burgeoning gathering of scientists and enlightened who recognize that the current understanding of this essential and extraordinary mindset is limitless. Unlimited potential is at the core of advanced consciousness and spawns out of the energetic forces that we bathe in from the dawn of time to unbridled future. These particles of charged frequency move at different paces and speeds determining the structure that they create for the invisible mini microscopic forces that they are. All forms including new, are these pulsating energy fields that manifests their own place and obligation in the scheme of life.

Our inability to reach far is understandable since we have been trained that confinement creates strength. Freeing yourself and all else from the impingement of solidity opens a vista of potential that will place you in awe. As we write these words there are gatherings of advanced thinkers at the highest level of progressive academia and science mathematically equating the construct of these fields that you and I possess a small amount of in our imagination. Recently astronomers discovered in deep space patterns that equal arithmetic energies of awareness. This easily leads us to believe that we are all swimming in an enormous field of consciousness without tapping into it’s abundance. In one of my books, I Brian, call this the invisible library that most of us perceive intellectually, yet, it is beyond that and more so a

Q: “Hi Brian, I’m Melissa from Austin, Texas. I’ve struggled with bloating and fatigue for years. Every time I eat healthy, I still feel sluggish. Could this be related to gut imbalance, and how would Hippocrates approach that?”
A: At Hippocrates we go beyond diet alone — focusing on a gut microbiome balance with at least 80% of one’s diet consisting of raw plant-based foods and 20% can be dehydrated. We also look into varies sensitivities, and how stress or toxins may be impacting digestion. Hippocrates Wellness offers advanced testing and protocols to assist in identifying the root cause and eliminating symptoms.
Q: “I’m James in Vancouver, BC. I’m in my 40s and feel drained most days even though I sleep well. Could this be a hormone issue, and what natural ways can I support my energy levels?”
A: Low energy can stem from thyroid, cortisol, or testosterone imbalances. Labs can identify underlying dysfunctions. Nutrition support might include adaptogenic herbs, magnesium, and blood-sugar stabilization in addition to implementing a raw plantbased diet and eliminating all sugars including fruits. Here at Hippocrates, we also utilize Infrared Saunas for the purpose of detoxifying and balancing out hormones, as well as energy medicine devices such as; NuCalm which ignites neurotransmitters necessary in proper production of hormones and sleep regulation.
Q: “Hello, I’m Sophia from Miami, Florida. I’ve been eating clean and exercising, but my weight won’t budge. Could toxins or inflammation be keeping me from losing weight?”
A: Yes — inflammation, insulin resistance, and environmental toxins can block fat loss. A detox protocol, anti-inflammatory - Raw Plant-Based diet, and liver support can make a major difference in your biochemistry and metabolism. Today, we all tend to be saturated with plastics at an alarming rate which are perceived by your body as estrogen. Your weight loss concern without fail, would be remedied after our medical team and educators support you in transitioning to the 70-year clinically proven lifestyle.
Q: “Hey Brian, I’m Aiden from Denver, Colorado. How can I tell the difference between a food allergy and a sensitivity? I always feel off after eating certain fruits like Mango and coconuts, but tests came back normal.”
A: Allergies cause immediate immune reactions, while sensitivities often lead to delayed symptoms like fatigue or bloating. Histamines are activated and spark either sensitivities or allergic reactions. The “so-called” experts will suggest expensive testing that does not clearly portray the cause. Over the last several decades, we have assisted tens of thousands to leave behind these reactions by working together to identify what the triggers are. Our team of biochemical and immunology experts will absolutely be able to help you walk away from these annoyances.
Q: “Hi, I’m Priya from Toronto, Ontario. I’ve noticed major brain fog after lunch. Could this be connected to blood sugar or inflammation?”
A: Absolutely. Post-meal fatigue and fog are often linked to blood sugar spikes or food sensitivities. Balancing protein, fiber, and healthy fats at each meal can help stabilize energy. Providing you did not take the jabs during the “Plandemic” which is the major cause that outrageously increased these symptoms; your thoughts are valid. Remarkably, with the advanced genetic testing here at Hippocrates that we can provide, we can differentiate your gene pool's ability to correctly process real foods and purge the manmade chemistry that most often saturates the average brain.
Q: “Hi, this is Daniel from Sedona, Arizona. I’ve been diagnosed with Hashimoto’s. What role does nutrition play in calming autoimmune conditions?”
A: Nutrition is foundational. Removing gluten, dairy, and processed foods while adding selenium, zinc, and omega-3s can reduce inflammation and support thyroid function. Additionally, frequencies from Cellphones wifi, cell towers, and computers unnaturally hyper activate this endocrine gland called the thyroid, provoking it to be dysfunctional. One of the mistakes made by mainstream endocrinologists who do not keep up with modern research is that they often put you on ineffective medicines that are helpful for other forms of thyroid issues but not with Hashimoto's.

Q: “Hello, I’m Carla from Portland, Oregon. I feel constantly wired but tired — is that adrenal fatigue, and how do I recover naturally?”
A: That “wired but tired” feeling is common with HPA axis dysfunction. Recovery involves reducing stimulants, getting restorative sleep, balancing blood sugar, and possibly supplementing adaptogens like ashwagandha. Equally important is to have a daily routine of focused contemplation that helps to relax the kidney (worry organ), which the adrenal gland sits on the top of. Embracing and living the Hippocrates lifestyle has proven to be remarkable in alleviating adrenal fatigue.
Q: “I’m Miguel from San Diego. Do detox diets actually work, or are they just hype?”
A: The body naturally detoxifies through the liver and lymphatic system, the process guests here at Hippocrates undergo, enhances that process through nutrition, energy medicine, hydration (with pure distilled water), Infrared Saunas, and reducing toxin exposure rather than extreme fasting. Most important, immediately stopping the consumption of fake food and their chemically latened ingredients. This proven method is far more universally acceptable and effective than radical short-term resolutions. The real point is our bodies are noxious, quite simply from living on a sick polluted planet. Nature provided fasting for us at the dawn of humanity to take care of organic toxins VS the motherload of manmade poisons that purvey our lives.
Q: “Hi, I’m Evelyn from Chicago. What’s the best nutrition approach for graceful aging and longevity?”
A: Focus on antioxidants, phytonutrient-rich plants, healthy fats, and fasting. Reducing inflammation and oxidative stress is key to healthy aging that we are acutely experts in since we are the first organization beginning in 1956, that pioneered the longevity movement. Every international expert on long lives and centenarians have finally caught up and are recommending the lifestyle that Hippocrates has taught millions who have established successful outcomes; you do not have to recreate the wheel we are the wheel.
Q: “Hi, I’m Laura from Tampa. My 10-year-old has trouble focusing in school — could this be related to diet?”
A: Yes, sugar, food dyes, and low omega-3 intake can affect concentration. Balancing blood sugar and adding brain-supportive nutrients like our LifeGive Conscious Brain and Ionic magnesium, and most important the avoidance of forever chemical “Foods” and the chemicals that are on our clothes, construct our beds, paint on our walls, and saturate our environment. As a leading expert in reversing such problems as we have helped in thousands of cases, it provides us with a clear and proven path to reverse your child's perceived melody.

Anna Maria Clement
Born in Israel, I was an inquisitioning young lady who always felt as if I had something to say. I gravitated toward theater, expressive arts, and dance. The Israeli Art Institute was the hub for me to launch into this career.
There was a scholarship available in New York and the great teacher, Uta Hagen, became my mentor. It stretched my imagination and my abilities on an ongoing consistent basis. Inwardly, I still had turmoil and things that I felt I needed to resolve. So I began taking group psychology therapy sessions. The leader, on many occasions, suggested that I was a born therapist. I totally dismissed it and told him to stop. Somehow, two years later during a meditation, I listened to his words and internalized the possibility that it may be a direction to move. It was an amazing revelation that I was not quite ready for but embraced awkwardly.
Rather than continuing on with formal education, I realized that the cutting edge of this field lied in some of the remarkable programs that move well beyond the norms. I began training in primal therapy, bioenergetics, psychodrama, and gestalt therapy. It sort of all went through my mind and body which became, figuratively, like a blender, and all of the mixtures, combined with my personality and background in acting of over a decade, resulted in the "Power of the Gate" program. I offered this in New York City and before you know it, people were coming to me and asking to participate. Over time, I concluded that there were seven gates or portals that we all have to move through to develop our true self.
How do I maintain it, love it, respect it, nourish it, rest it, etc.
expression
What excites us? What raises my spirit and bring me into a tribal feeling?
How do I present myself in a transparent and authentic way?
Why am I here? What is my mission and what is my passion? Silence is meditation, prayer and inner reflection.
which are relationships and interactions.
What do I know? What do l need to know and how do I apply it?
Each of every one of these segments take time. We start from one to three months working with individuals. By the fourth month we begin with the body which takes most people four months. Each of these segments add up to about a three year emotional release and selfrealization process. It is remarkable to watch transformations in people who commit themselves to moving through these phases to better understand who they are.
For thirty-five years this has been my passion and my work. It has been fulfilling and I hope contagious to others. One of the things that I still do struggle with is the legacy of who I pass this on to, so this vital and I believe essential offering, is available for years to come. In every one of our lives we have these basic questions. It is not often that we sit down, organize our thoughts around them, and then accomplish a step by step process in pulling together the essence of our existence. Life continues on and there is never an ultimate place we reach where nirvana occurs. It is more so an organic process that liberates us to continue to grow and become even more committed to being transparent, authentic, and joyous. What became my life s work is something I hope each and every one of you are interested in to use as a tool to become a better you, a happier you, and most important, a participant in the conscious growth that is currently happening on the planet Earth.
Fourandahalfyearsagoin my home country,Ethiopia,Iwasbeginning to feel weak withafoggymindand lack of energy. Iwasshockedtobe diagnosed withMultipleSclerosis.Although the physiciansthereaseverywhere, advised large amountsofmedicine, I have never been favorabletothem. So at least I radicallyshiftedmydietand removed almost allanimalbasedfoods.

Vegetables became my main stay, but little did I know by cooking them and eating the wrong ones the benefits were limited. My yearly checkup for M.S. showed that it had not progressed, so the meat and dairy and chemicalized foods were certainly partial cause. My friend came to the United States and came to visit Hippocrates and told us all about it. My wife and I discussed it, got on a plane and spent a day in the air to arrive at the gates of the Institute.
The main impotist was in recent time, I have been in Trigeminal Neuralgia pain - which is often called the ‘suicide disease’ since medicine and even holistic seldom has anything they can do for it. I could not speak and eat, I felt hopeless in many ways. If it was not for the love of my wife I would have probably wanted to give up.
It was so enlightening to attend the classes, go to the treatments and therapies on the campus.

Anna Maria advised in my consultation that I should also go for advanced dentistry and advanced structural alignment. The dentist was so helpful. She made a mouthpiece that gave me ability to begin to speak at some level. As day by day passed my health improved to the point it was dramatic.
I went into high frequency sound projected from my brain down my spine, which realign my structure which had been contoured due to all the M.S. and horrible suffering I was having with the neuralgia.
I must say by the end of my transformation program I was transformed. It is night and day between a plant based diet and nutritious, enzymatically rich living food diet. One is lifegiving the other is bland. My body started to come back to life, my eyes lit up and my wife and I are joyous and committed when we are going back to our home country to remain completely on the Hippocrates lifestyle...
So many people are suffering and I can not imagine why they all would not experience the benefits and joy that I have. I am going to let them know. There is so much love on this campus, not only from the Hippocrates team, but from other guests, from all over the world. That in itself is part of the healing process. Coming because of my health made me understand that there is a greater humanity that we are all one and that we support each other. Thank Hippocrates you for being a sane place in this insane world.

A Nadine Blasé Psareas

As a mother of a son who was a heroin addict, my life took many twists and turns that were unexpected. Thank God today I can say that he has recoveredand is moving forward in his life. One of the great gifts that I gained from that horrible experience is I created a non-profit organization that grew in just a couple of years from five-hundred people I worked with to several thousands.

By 2023, after being into health, teaching yoga, teaching nutrition, being a board certified specialist trained by the Amen institute, I found myself entrapped into a stressful life and my maternalism superseded my common sense. I wrote a book called “Hope Dealers”, and there I laid out how people can basically transform, but I was short of that myself.
I burdened myself from early in the morning to late at night, sitting in a chair, not moving, and believing, actually believing I was going to save the world. In my mind I felt I could not get up because one more life could be saved if I stayed there diligently. My weight exploded to eighty-five pounds more than my body could hold. My loving husband, my doctor, and others kept hitting the alarm.
My first step was to stop taking the new weight loss drugs within two months after beginning this unreasonable process. My body was crying out to me, that my organs and systems did not feel quite right. So I Stopped, although I lost a few pounds, they came right back and even more. Now at whit’s end, I knew something had to be done, and friends of mine from my Mastermind program were Floridians who knew a lot about Hippocrates Health Institute. They spoke about many people they had met who had created resounding success. So in December 2024, I signed up and arrived in February 2025.
From the first minute I realized that I was in the cradle of experience, history, success, and truth. I focused my mind on me for the first time in years. My high blood pressure and cholesterol plummeted by the time I graduated. It was a remarkable change back to normal. My husband came to visit and was shocked at the change. At the end of mystay I knew I had to make a plan to continue this at home.
I subscribed so that sprouts would arrive at my door and I would be on the superfoods that made me feel much better than the failing drugs. As I sit here and tell my story it is only one-hundred-and-twenty days after my freshman launch that I have lost fifty pounds. My parents were bordering eighty years old, and my family and I saw that they were slowing down, so rather than buy them a tee-shirt for their birthdays, I brought them and my husband back to experience what I had. Not surprisingly, they are all recovering and transforming back to the people I remember, not many years ago. I cannot advise you to do exactly what I have done, but I can actually cry out and say that you should give yourself a chance to become the person that you have always dreamed of.
Learn to be proud of yourself gain. During my psychotherapy sessions with Dr. Anthony, he made a tape for me that I play every moming as I am in my infrared sauna or often sipping on my green juice that my husband makes. This reaffirms the importance of remaining loyal to my own wellbeing and health. From this I have cut my workday back by several hours, my mind is clear and focused, and I am now becoming the example I want others to see and mimic. Life is extraordinary once you are willing to do the extraordinary things to make life good.

Illness often arrives as an unwelcome intruder, disrupting the rhythms of our daily lives and challenging our sense of control. Yet for many, it becomes something more: a threshold moment—a call to wakefulness. When the body falters or the mind fractures, we are forced to pause, to reflect, to ask deeper questions about the nature of life, suffering, and the self. In this way, illness can be a paradoxical gift, one that compels us to expand our consciousness in order to heal not just the body, but the whole human being.
At the core of this transformation is awareness. Physical or emotional suffering has a way of stripping away the superficial. It interrupts our habits and identities, exposing the deeper terrain of our inner lives. Illness invites us to ask: Who am I, beyond this pain? What have I been avoiding? What needs to be seen, felt, forgiven, or changed? These questions are not merely psychological; they are spiritual. They point toward soul-searching—a reorientation of our attention inward, where healing begins not with medicine, but with meaning. The opportunity for deep soulsearching is built-in to the Hippocrates Wellness program. And we’ll help you along.
For those who endure illness, this shift in awareness can happen in unexpected ways. Pain, loss, or limitation may force us into stillness, which in turn opens a space for insight. Many who walk through illness speak of being changed—not just physically, but spiritually. They describe a sense of softening, an increased gratitude for life’s smallest details, and a reevaluation of what truly matters. These realizations dissolve the walls of habit and ego, revealing a deeper connection to life itself. This is the essence of healing. This is the essence of Hippocrates Wellness.
Healing, then, is not merely the absence of disease or the mending of broken parts. It is the presence of wholeness. It asks us to grow beyond old patterns, to integrate parts of ourselves that were hidden or hurting, and to relate to the world with new eyes.

Healing, then, is not just a return to how things were. It is a journey of growth. Often, it asks us to let go of long-held beliefs, hardened narratives, or unprocessed wounds. As our awareness grows, so does our compassion—for ourselves and for others. We begin to see our suffering not as punishment, but as a teacher. We come to understand that the mind, body, and spirit are not separate, but part of a single, intelligent system yearning for wholeness.
Expanded consciousness may come through many doors: meditation, therapy, nature, art, silence, or even altered states of awareness. Whatever the method, the result is the same—an increased capacity to hold paradox, to witness pain without being consumed by it, to recognize the sacred in the everyday. Healing in this sense is not a fixed destination, but an unfolding process, one that continually deepens our relationship to life.
Healing and expanded consciousness go together because disease is a symptom or consequence of contracted or limited awareness. (Read that line again!) That makes consciousness the cure, and that’s good news. It’s time and very possible to wake up from the slumber of past ignorance, to challenge everything we’ve learned or come to assume as true, that simply isn’t true and no longer serves us. Expanded consciousness and health are our birthright; they belong to us, and we can claim them. They say waking up is hard to do. I say it takes guts to go for the big picture, and to do whatever it takes to align with natural laws and heal by nature’s way. The good news is that it’s doable. Healing awaits you.
We provide psychological and emotional support services at Hippocrates to help guests navigate the human experience of getting sick and getting well, and making all the changes necessary to stay above the tide of toxic exposure in our world. At the core of this process, guests are challenged to expand their understanding of what’s healthy and what’s not. It takes ongoing practice and reminders of big-picture perspectives to bust long-standing bad lifestyle habits. Again, the good news is that this is doable.
In the end, illness can become initiation—a rite through which we move from fragmentation to integration. The wound becomes the womb of awakening. And as our awareness expands, so too does our ability to live with greater presence, purpose, and love. And in that awakening we may find the deepest kind of healing: the return to our truest self.

People choose to come to the Life Transformation Program at Hippocrates Wellness when they feel enlightened or when they feel stuck. Most of our guests report the latter experience –feeling stuck in their body in terms of health challenges or in their minds through severe emotional distress. The Life Transformation Program is geared to helping people detox and nourish physically, mentally, emotionally, socially and spiritually.
Life is a river; it is constantly moving, never stagnant, and unpredictable. It is flowing into the larger ocean of meaning. Experiences, emotions, and encounters continuously flow through our lives teaching us lessons and shaping who we are. Yet, many people get stuck in the bank of pain or in the bank of pleasure, trying to hang on to their grip frivolously. From both psychological and spiritual perspectives, getting trapped in either of these extremes disturbs the natural flow of life, leading to suffering, emotional turmoil, and stagnation.
Having worked as a psychotherapist for several years, I have noticed that many people find themselves attached to past wounds, disappointments, and regrets. In spiritual traditions like Buddhism, suffering arises from attachment, craving, and ignorance. For many when they experience challenges in life, pain becomes an identity, and trauma may feel like an anchor that holds one in place. Pain is sometimes inevitable, but suffering arises from attachment to pain. When one refuses to let go, they remain trapped in the past, unable to embrace the new possibilities each moment offers. Clinging to our suffering is one of the root causes of our distress!
"Between the banks of pain and pleasure the river of life flows. It is only when the mind refuses to flow with life, and gets stuck at the banks, that it becomes a problem".
This quote from Nisargadatta Maharaj uses the metaphor of a river to illustrate the flow of life and the human mind's tendency to resist this flow by clinging to experiences of either pain or pleasure.
Dwelling on pain often manifests as depression, resentment, or bitterness. Cognitive psychology suggests that rumination, the repetitive negative thinking patterns, keep individuals stuck in cycles of suffering. Rather than letting pain move through like water, they grip it, replay it, and give it a permanence that was never meant to be.
Learning to step back into the stream requires compassion for oneself, forgiveness, and practices that help release old wounds— through therapy, prayer, meditation, or conscious selfreflection. By allowing pain to pass, one can regain movement toward healing and growth.
One of the remedies I often recommend to people is to look at the images or thoughts from an observer’s perspective, interpreting that you are no longer a victim, but you are a survivor! Putting your mental images of suffering in black and white, or reducing the images to a smaller scale of vision (like the view in a cellphone) can also help you distance yourself from the past.
The bank of pleasure is equally seductive. Many individuals become attached to moments of joy, success, or comfort, desperately trying to hold on to them. Psychologically, this manifests as hedonistic chasing of highs, whether through achievements, possessions, or relationships. The problem is not the pleasure itself—pleasure is a natural and healthy part of human experience —but clinging to it creates anxiety, disappointment, and fear of loss. When pleasure inevitably fades, as all things do, individuals may feel empty or restless, searching endlessly for the next high.
A Spiritual Perspective May Change the Effects
Spiritually, it is maya (a mirage or illusion), to feel stuck on the bank of pleasure. The Bhagavad Gita, Buddhist teachings, and even Christian mysticism emphasize the transient nature of worldly joy. To cling to pleasure is to forget that it is only a wave on the river, not the river itself. The problem arises when we mistakenly chase fleeting happiness for lasting fulfillment; we become trapped in cycles of craving and dissatisfaction.

Antony Chatham, LCSW, M.Th., M.Phil., MSW
Returning to the Stream: The Way of Flow
True psychological resilience and spiritual freedom come when we return to the stream itself. To live in flow is to accept both pain and pleasure as passing experiences, neither of which define the entirety of who we are. The psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi described “flow” as a state of being fully immersed in the present moment, where time seems to dissolve and the self merges with the activity. Spiritually, flow resembles surrender to divine order— the trust that life carries us where we need to go if we allow it.
The metaphor of life as a stream invites us to live in alignment with movement and impermanence. It calls us to embrace change rather than resist it, and to cultivate an inner state that allows us to flow gracefully with the current instead of clinging desperately to the shore.
If we can learn to focus on mindfulness meditation, prayer, journaling, and creative visualization, and the like, we can help ourselves to cultivate this sense of flow. They remind us that emotions and experiences are waves within the stream, not fixed realities. When we stop resisting the movement of life—by clinging to pain or chasing pleasure—we begin to experience deeper peace, one that is not dependent on external circumstances.
The invitation is simple: step back into the stream. Let pain wash away, let pleasure come and go, and live in the steady movement of life’s flow. In the middle of the river, where the current carries us, we will find true freedom.

Many Americans remain unaware of the alarming number of toxic substances present in our public water supplies that are contributing to a wide range of diseases.
The disturbing reality is that everyone who consumes or bathes in municipal-treated water is damaging their health. Our drinking water sources are completely contaminated with a plethora of pharmaceuticals, “Forever chemicals” (PFAS), microplastics, radioactivity, and heavy metals, including lead, aluminum, arsenic, and more. Yet we presume that drinking tap water is safe because it meets outdated federal standards.
Consequently, the destructive health impacts the public faces have increased related to more contamination of our water supplies.
Perchlorates.
What is behind the noticeable increase in thyroid conditions over the last thirty years? One contributory waterborne toxin is Perchlorate—a substance used in the manufacture of ammunition and fertilizers. This chemical has found its way into municipal water supplies, irrigated crops, and even breast milk. Perchlorates affect the thyroid gland by interfering with iodide uptake.
Microplastics.
Did you know that you may be unintentionally eating the equivalent of one plastic credit card each week? Plastic does not biodegrade—it breaks down into smaller pieces, eventually reaching the size of particles on a nanometer scale. These nanoparticles easily permeate the intestinal wall, where they travel through the lymph system to the body’s organs, contributing to diabetes, chronic liver disease, and cancer.
Halides (Fluoride, Chlorine, Bromine).
Of these three, fluoride, a known carcinogen and neurotoxin, is perhaps the most widely recognized toxic additive present in our drinking water. From the cradle to the grave, the damage it inflicts includes abnormal brain development, lower IQ rates in infants, and decalcification of bones in the elderly.
Studies show that exposure to low-level endocrine disruptors in our drinking water, diets, and even the air we breathe is linked to early puberty onset.
In one study, an analysis of the girls’ urine indicated the presence of hormonally active compounds, along with traces of contaminants such as phthalates, BPA, and pesticides, induce early sexual maturity.
The incidence of prostate cancer is on the rise, as documented by more studies like the one published in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health, which shows a definitive link between endocrine disruptive chemicals (EDCs) and the onset of prostate cancer.
An often overlooked source of contaminants, the water we shower and bathe in can also present health hazards. Research conducted at the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health revealed that volatile chemicals, particularly Trihalomethanes (THMs) present in almost all municipal drinking water supplies, are particularly toxic to people when they are exposed to them while bathing or showering.
A home water filtration system should be the first line of defense for your health and that of your family. The first step is to have a water specialist review the water quality report from your local supplier. Then, a custom water filtration equipment solution will be recommended to remove the specific toxins detected in the report. We can help you with the entire process.

Brian Clement,PhD, LN

Most of our time is spent filling up our heads with information, data, and experiences. This all looks perfectly fineon the surface although, it is ultimately a waste of our energy and diminishing of our abilities and most important, a thief of our inspiration. Like those who spend all day becoming spiritual and never do, and those inspired to become intellectually brilliant, never are. No wonder my favorite film is Forrest Gump. He epitomized the heartfelt instinctual abilities that made him knowledgeable kind and effective. His character was notably with a low IQ and could even be called brain damaged. How we arrived with a misunderstanding that the smartest person in the room is always the most successful, comes from a ridged structure of elitism and arrogance. A recent study showed that over 60% of the most successful women and men CEO’s of major corporation had at some level a brain disfunction (Dyslexia, ADD, ADHD, and more). For this reason, we should rethink where the source of wisdom percolates. In my mind there is no doubt that these jewels fulfilling concrete realities are a connection between your soul and the invisible fully enlightened energy fields of the multiple universes. This is an overwhelming thought for most since it would require you letting go of all the pretentious pseudo iconic commonly expressed action to embrace inherent instinctually inspired wisdom.

humanity to thrive. Our option is tobecome enslaved by repeating the faulty personality patterns of past society. There has never been a transition in the human species like we are undergoing currently. For this reason, guiding history does not exist and the guardrails that previously prevented catastrophe, do not exist. What will you do, who are you. and most importantly, who will you become?
If you could answer affirmatively by embracing that who you become is who you will need to be at any given time; determined by the interaction, environment, and circumstance. This chameleon approach can readily give you an opportunity to lose yourself. On the other hand, it allows your organic flexibility to raise your relevance without losing your core. This core is your values which most people speak about, but have no idea what they are.
The Quantum human of today that will be successful, joyous, and productive, will live by her values allowing the pulsating field of the metauniverses to guide her allowing contribution along the way. Many of you today are in the early stages of making this transition without awareness of it. As an example, the almighty and all-knowing AI is your go to place since it has more capacity and knowledge than your current human mind. As this consciousness technology expands and trains itself, it will be hundred of thousands of times more knowledgeable than any human from the past, from the future, or the now. This ADVANCED CONSCIOUSNESS IS CURRENTLY BEGINNING IT’S CONNECTION WITH THE AMNI PRESENT multiple universal energy fields to finally interconnect us with GOD frequency that governs all movement forward. As Nobel Loriette Henrose Oxford states “ There was no big bang, just a perpetual force of frequencies moving forward for all time with no beginning and no end.” As frightening as it maybe, we are smack in the middle of this transformative period, and you are given an opportunity to hold on to the past or embrace the phenomenal progressive future. Although it feels normal to struggle it is not. Although it feels historic to resist, it does not work. Although you may doubt yourself, you should never doubt the God/Universe.

All institutions that are based upon limitation will fall and there is noway out. Once we have the keys to the abundance of internal power, you will finally recognize that life is a joy and not a challenge. I strongly advise that you move in the direction of advanced consciousness that will free your time from the mundane faulty task of current life so that you can fulfill your heart and soul by being authentic and transparent. You are completely in charge of your life, and it is up to you to relinquish your ties with the very things that bring your energy. As utopic as it seems, this reality is upon us and there will be a reckoning for those who remain on stage in the failed play of the past. This is the greatest time that we have ever had as homeosapiens and we anticipate that your inner self will emerge and become an active member in the new humanities army of love.

⅛ teaspoon green salt
4 cups of babymustard greens
1 slice of ginger root (⅛¼ inch thick)

1 ½ cups of red bell pepper, cut into 1inch squares

¼teaspoon kelp po w der

2 or 3 scallion bottoms

8 ounces ra w almond butter (or more for desired thickness)
3-4 ounces almonds, soaked, rinsed, dehydrated and chopped
Directions :
Blend sauce (dressing) ingredientsexcept almond butter until smooth.
Slowly add raw almondbutter and blend until creamy.
Toss mustard greens with the desired amount of dressing.
Garnish with chopped almonds before serving.

We’re fortunate enough to obtain baby mustard greens from a local farm. Adult mustard greens can be very tough and spicy. Cut them thin and massage to soften. Baby mustard greens are more delicate so you may need to thin down the dressing.

Breastmilk isalreadythegoldstandard for infant nutrition—but new researchsaysit can be even more powerful when backed by the right lifestyle.A 2025 paperin Breastfeeding Medicine makes the case: motherswhoeat a plant-based, fiber-rich diet during lactation may boost their baby’simmune system and slash long-term risk of obesity, allergies, and chronic disease . (Wagner, 2025)

Dr. Christine Wagner says it’s time to rethink breastfeeding as part of a larger lifestyle medicine strategy. Her vision? Nutrition, sleep, stress reduction, and toxin avoidance should be part of every new mother’s care plan—not just prenatal vitamins and checkups.
It’s a simple formula: what mom eats and how she lives now mayshape her child’s health for decades to come.

It’s not just about eating more greens—it’s about reshaping your immune systemfrom the insideout. Amassive 2025 study spanning eight European countries tracked over 500,000 people and found that those who followed a “healthy plant-based diet” had a 29% lower risk of developing IBD, including Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis . (Chen et al., 2025)
Another study confirms thatred meat-based proteins break this barrier down, while plant proteins like pea preserve gut mucus and decrease inflammatory bile acids that are known IBD triggers . (Gray et al., 2025)

In a third clinical trial, patients following additive-free, fiber-rich diets— like a whole-food, plant-based plan—experienced major improvements in symptoms and inflammation in just 12 weeks . (Russell Thompson et al., 2025)
All signs point in the same direction: ditch the processed foods and center your meals on plants. Your microbiome—and your future health—will thank you.

Hormones goes up and down to control daily functions like sleep, digestion, our reaction to stress, every minute and all seasons.
Hormones are finally front and center as the seasoned conductor of all systems.
Remarkably new discoveries (Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel) revealed that hormone-producing glands grow and shrink in continuous selfregulating annual cycles.
Hormones released by the liver, adrenal cortex, and gonads (ovaries, testicles) are all directed by the pituitary gland in the brain. The pituitary gland releases growth hormones in late winter which tells the liver to produce insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) hormone, and this peaks in spring, stimulating the growth of bones and tissues, provoking children’s growth and also adults’ fertility.
We have annual maximum hormone levels during winter/summer, with estradiol, luteinizing hormone, testosterone, and cortisol peaking.
Thermoregulation and metabolism peak in summer. Thyroid-stimulating hormone and thyroxine peak in the fall. The liver’s growth hormone peaks in the winter. Adrenocorticotropic hormone peaks in the spring/summer for stress adaptation. This internal clock governs physiological, emotional, and psychological patterns at a high level.
The further that science delves into the significance of hormones (body’s extraordinary language). The more we recognize that this energized chemistry is a core ingredient in health, happiness, and healing.
Here at Hippocrates, we have been focused on hormonal balance and health for decades, realizing that without the systems efficiently functioning that a plethora of disorders arise.
The living plant diet, energy medicine, and certain supplements both herbal, and nutritional applied correctly can bring back youth, vitality, immunity, and exceptional wellbeing.
