This section defines the existing modules/features which are released and the module wise additional customizations completed during phase I implementation.

Students

Features such as Admission & Enrollment, Advanced Student Search, Roll No. Generation, Student Group Creation (Assigning students to Virtual & Global batches), Promotion & Transfer of Students, Student Interruptions, Facility to Manage Student Liabilities, Grievance Request Management, Course Completion, Issuing TC, Facility to View the 360-degree, Information of Students in a Single Screen were released. Additional customization like Online Enrollment of Students for UG/PG/PHD, Provision to Update their Profile info via Portal and Provision to Download the Application Form, Provision to Generate Admission Number based on Programme, Provision to Print Student ID Card, Online Application for Admission for Courses and Provision to Generate Reports based on this, Provision to Generate Student Full Details (Full profile information in xls. format), Provision to Generate TC/Bonafide Certificates, Facility to Assign Students to Mentors and Provision to Edit, Provision to View Month Wise Absentees Information in Student Analysis Report, Provision for Grievance Request via Portal, Provision for Class Teachers to Edit the Student Profile, and Provision for Course Registration and Generation of Various Reports were completed.

Staff

Staff Profile Management, Advanced Staff Search, Facility for Staff to give Feedback were released with additional customization such as Porting Existing Staff Details, Staff ID Card Generation, Staff Attendance (Integrated Biometric Device with Ecoleaide), Displaying of Biometric Information in Staff Dashboard, Customized Staff Profile, Provision to Generate Staff Full Details (Full profile Information in xls.format), Provision to View the Employee Type Wise Percentage of Absenteeism on a Day, Provision to Configure Department Wise Staff Reference No., and Provision to Manage Staff Liabilities.

Academics

Facility to Add Programmes/Semesters and Batches, Facility to Create Courses and Assigning to Different Branches/Semesters, Curriculum Master Configuration, Time Table Entry for a Branch/Semester, Provision for Timetable Exemption, Provision to View/Download Teacher’s Timetable were released with additional customization like Provision to Add Curriculum, Facility to Activate/Deactivate Course Registration, Export Option for Batches, Course Type, Course Group,

Timetable

Facility to Add Timetable for a Branch/Semester, Provision to Assign Class Teacher for a Class/Batch, Provision to View Teachers Timetable, Facility for Timetable Exemption and Provision to View the Exemption History, Facility to Copy Timetable to a Date, Facility to Replace Teacher, and Facility to Generate Class Timetable/Teacher Timetable were released. Additional Customization like Provision to Download the List of Class Teachers, Provision to Generate Timetable Exemption List, and Batch Wise Freezing of Timetable were completed.

Attendance

Provisions for Teachers to View their Pending Attendance, Provision to Enter Attendance against a Batch/Global Batch, Provision to Enter Special Attendance Individually/Bulk, Facility to Generate Subject Wise Attendance Report, Facility to Generate Monthly Attendance Report, Provision to View the Attendance Entry Status of a branch/semester, Provision to freeze attendance, Provision to send Absentees Notification, and Student Monthly Attendance Report were released with additional customization such as Provision for Group Wise Attendance Entry, Consolidated Report that displays the Attendance Entry Pending Slots, Manual/Automated Absentees SMS sending provision, Provision to Generate First/Last Hour Attendance Report for a Day, Programme Wise Attendance/Special Attendance Reports, Programme/Semester Wise RA/RC Report, Provision to Send SMS to those who Failed to Mark Attendance, Provision to Send SMS to Students who are Absent for 5 Consecutive Days, Provision to Cancel Attendance for a Day
